Holy cats, what a dump! Let's begin with the positives first. Located on route 30, behind Shopper's World, this Target has an easy to access location. The building has a decent sized parking lot and the building itself appears to be in good shape and well maintained. Inside is brightly lit and the shelving, racks and flooring all look to be in good shape. Overall, the general layout is ok and I saw many employees walking about the store. Now the issues. A few areas of the store had very bare shelves. Weather they were actually out of stock or just not recently refilled is up for debate. There were shopping carts filled with clothing everywhere. Returns, restocking or just abandoned by frustrated shoppers is anyone's guess. In both men's and ladies departments there was clothing thrown everywhere. Floors, racks, shelves the clothing looked like a frat house before laundry day. I had mentioned seeing many employees on the floor. What I didn't see were any employees actually working. The were mostly walking around, alone or in pairs, not helping customers, not putting away merchandise, not picking up the floor, not neatening racks nor shelves and not one of the carts of clothing I saw was being touched. I saw a large payroll with no workers. Overall this place was an embarrassing mess and I...
Read moreI decided to give Target another try after my last debacle with them. Once again they failed! I went to the store to buy three items and could only find two of the three. The one item I was looking for was said to be in stock but was nowhere to be found on the shelf or even in the department. I'd walk halfway through the store to find an actual price checker that was working to look up the location of the item I was looking for. Once again there were no sales associates working on the sales floor to ask for help. When I got to the checkout there was one cashier ringing registers and the self-checkout area was packed. As bad as Walmart is at least I know I can find what I'm looking for and I know to expect to wait in line forever either itself check out with an actual cashier. Target spent a ton of money to redo their stores, it's too bad they couldn't has spent some of that money on paying people to work there. It's hard to believe that a store can be so busy yet not have anybody that works there and this was on a Wednesday afternoon not a...
Read moreIf I could give this Target a 0 star I would, not only is it almost impossible to ring anything out due to the non existent cashiers and only one self checkout lane working but I don’t think a single thing in this Target has an actual price labeled correctly. working right by it I would go here quite often to get lunch, pickup grocery’s before heading home after work, or even just for fun and with no exaggeration every time I have gone here not one price was ever right when I was finally able to actually get to a self checkout or the one cashier working. The problem I have with this is when I brought this up to both the cashier I was working with and also the LOD they asked I go back to where I got the product from take a picture of the products price and show them it was in fact that price I did this brought it all the way back to the cashier where they both seen the picture of where the product was and also the price AND STILL DENIED TO CHANGE IT TO THE PRICE THAT IT WAS LISTED FOR!! I will never be going back to this...
