I consider myself a gamer. Mostly console nowadays and the older I get the less time I find I have for it. So with that being said I find that this Game Stop location has been able to treat me (the old wannabe gamer) with the same level of respect and consideration as the young kid who probably knee deep in new releases. I always like to see when a business talks to a child/young adult in the same manner as they would an older customer. In some ways I think the staff there connects with the younger crowd better. Whenever I go in I see excellent customer service for all ages.
There prices on new releases are comparable any other location but it's nice to be able to pick up a used copy of a game and try something out at a reduced price to see if you like it. Add to it that you can sell back your older/less played games for cash or in store credit and it's an all around...
Read moreWent in today because I forgot to preorder a game and wanted to see if they had a copy. I was lucky enough to find one, and had a discussion with Morigan about the assassin's creed franchise and story.
Astonishingly, she was able to understand and follow the overall story despite a new game coming out approximately every 15 minutes. I learned a lot, great store, even better employee.
