New mac and cheese bowl was yummy! Hate that all the sandwiches are hard, never remember to tell them to lightly toast the bread. Haven't ate here in a hot minute. Bacon could be a bit less crispy also. Suppose I should have asked.🤔 Cashier was professional and experienced well at up-selling. Cooks were friendly as I picked up my meal, too. Staff didn't have extra cups at the drink station to refill the drinks but did have cups at the entrance with masks.

I do however have something else to mention, in no way is it the staff's problem but the staff could have asked the guest to leave though. I know we weren't the only ones who saw him act in an uncivilized manner...

There was a customer that was disruptive during my meal but I didn't bring it to the attention with staff. He was mad and spitting out side and just making a big deal that he wanted others to see he was angry. He was talking to himself at the table as my husband and I were grabbing our initial drinks before we went outside to eat- and just before we were eating our tasty desert, the guy came back, walking in the rain and really just a cooky and sketchy character. We avoid ppl like that, you know. Not Panera's fault but c'mon.. it's covid19.. don't spit and and act like your 3 years old at a...

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had a zero choice. Waited way over over an hour, for 2 sandwiches which were not made to order. Then, had to wait again for the remaking. Wanted to get a quick simple lunch and be on our way. Thought this was the practical choice. Was that ever wrong. Terrible experience. We weren't the only ones who were upset that day. I didn't see any customers who were happy. People were actually pacing around the pickup counter or kept going back to inquire about their orders. Tables with multiple customers received their food at greatly varying times which meant they did not eat together. Some ate sooner and finished while others in their party waited for their food. Some just ended up having to take their food with them. Overall the worst experience eating out I have ever had. There are not many vegan or vegetarian options. In order to get something halfway there, it has to be created. This is something you would think Panera Bread would take into consideration when putting...

Having been in Frankfort for a little over a month with my mother, dealing with the death of my Grandmama and the legalities of family discord. There has been very little to smile about. Until today that is, a young man by the name of Squillard a.k.a William made me laugh out loud as we discussed the origin of his unique nickname! I would like to thank Panera for hiring such a warm and highly professional person; and I would like to thank the individual who was unable to get his name right and proclaimed William as Squillard! Still makes me smile. When I return to Los Angeles I will look to Panera for my coffee needs. Truly the experience at your location helped to brighten my day, even though my warm Southern California blood is being supremely challenged by your current climate! I would be remiss if didn't mention, as a former customer service rep. I feel if Mr. Squillard is not being considered for upper management, it's doing a disservice to him and...

This is an updated review. Panera Bread continues to go downhill. I placed a curbside order through the app today for lunch. My order was supposed to be ready by 11:14. I arrived at 11:15. I checked in on the app, and waited. At 11:26, I went in because no one had brought my food out. I tried calling before going in, but no answer. I work on the opposite side if town and didn't check my order as the bag was sealed. Once I arrived at work, I opened the bag to find a half empty Teriyaki Chicken and broccoli bowl. For $11 and some change, I expect a meal not a snack. I included a picture with this review. I called the store to complain and all the manager could do was make excuses as to why it happened. She blamed the computers for me having to come in. She blamed short-staffing for my bowl being half full. If you are going to stay open, deal with being short-staffed and give the best customer service possible. If you can't do that, close.

Our visit to Panera was a bit underwhelming. We weren’t greeted by anyone upon entering, which left us to figure things out on our own and use the iPad-style ordering system. While that works fine for some, it felt impersonal and a bit confusing. After placing my order, I had to track someone down just to get a cup for the drink I had already paid for. I ordered the Asiago Bagel Chicken Roma Stack, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The bagel was smaller than expected and seriously lacking the signature Asiago cheese topping. That said, I did make a few modifications, including adding caramelized onions, which ended up being the saving grace. They added a rich, savory flavor that brought the sandwich together.

This Panera has got an awesome team of employees. The staff are always friendly, and they make efforts to ensure your meal is great. Amber and Samantha take care to get drive thru orders accurate, and Samantha goes above and beyond to make sure my morning coffee is exactly how I like it! The manager, Q, genuinely cares about her store’s customers and employees alike. Her generosity to the community and commitment to the store are a huge part of what makes Frankfort’s Panera such a local favorite.
