Awesome gym! The thing I love the most about this gym is the ungodly amount of space that you have! There are a lot of machines and so much space that rarely will I ever have to wait for somebody to get done using a machine before I can use it!

The staff is extremely friendly, and Jennifer, the owner, was ever willing to explain to me anything I had questions on and has a very hospitable and friendly attitude!

They have a good-sized strongman area too which is loaded with rubber plates and specialized equipment, great for doing deadlifts here!

Amazing place with an amazing service. The family behind this place are great, even their son who can catch working here sometimes. I would recommend this place to anyone. I never used them but they also have some of the best trainers that Frankfort has to offer. Check out the Davey Mcan classes, never went to one but I work with that guy and if you seen him, you would be able to tell he obviously knows what he is doing. Plus this place started to offer their very own shake bar for pre workouts, post workouts and during workout shakes that are amazing. It's called The 7 bar.
