Dimly lit, but still pleasant. Looked decently clean. Large fish tank area was a neat touch.
Server was very nice and attentive without being hovering. She got one roll wrong and before we even noticed it, brought us the correct one and had us keep the other one and didn't charge us for it. Very sweet! I told her I had no problem paying for it and she said no no, it was on her. So gave her a great tip.
Just delicious! Love love love sushi! Ginza is tasty, fresh and wonderful! First time a few weeks ago, and took a friend who hated sushi, because of the place she had been, but was willing to try it again. Lunch time so we ordered some boxes and 2 rolls: tuna and spicy salmon. The boxes were very good and oh so filling. Loved the pork shumai...mmmm so tasty! The rolls were delicious! My friend has been back for lunch a couple times since and has gotten take out from there 4 or 5 times now. She loved it!
Came back a week later with my boyfriend and we tried the wasabi roll.... Omg yum!!!! I could have ate 4 or 5 of those rolls and been satisfied! Exploding with flavor and just delicious! My boyfriend uses Doordash at least once a week now for Ginza. Keep up...
Read moreThis has been and will be one of my favorite spots in town. I always go at lunch it's a lot cheaper and usually a lot less crowded. Ginza is open on Sunday, but it's all day dinner prices so watch out. The sushi is super good they have a lot to choose from I've always preferred ordering from ginza rather than buying from kroger or anything (it's obviously more expensive but also a lot more fresh) I also really enjoy the house made salad dressing; although I do wish they would cut up their salad more and use more than carrots and ice burg lettuce. The shrimp is usually over cooked and a little chewy (usually it's the same show every time so it's taken off the grill at the same time every visit) so I almost always go for the chicken it's the cheapest and easiest to combo with other dishes if I'm hungrier than usual. The rice is good, but the hibachi noodles are where it's at! At lunch time go in with 20-30 dollars per person for dinner expect to pay 35+ for dinner if expecting to order what you want with drinks and tip included. Please tip the front end staff their job is stressful 15-20% is a...
Read moreFun hibachi with a large helping of fried rice, meat of choice, vegetables, and two shrimp for everyone. My date had the chicken and steak combo. I don't understand why it costs so much more because each is only a half portion. Maybe because of extra prep and cooking time? I chose shrimp and had 10 very large fresh ones. The knife/spatula show was impressive. A few bits of criticism: We weren't offered the saki squirt as other tables were (because there were only two of us?), the onion volcano fell over, so it didn't get a chance to cook or steam which kept them pretty raw. Also, I ordered a California roll, which was sizeable, but if there was soy sauce on the table anywhere, I didn't see it nor did a server come by for me to ask. All that aside, it was an excellent meal and we were quite full. Leftovers will be...
