Love the clothes…. Great quality, great sales and variety of clothes. Clothes are very cute and stylish and different than you see everywhere else. Very disappointed in the service last night, particularly a young man. He was very annoyed to help us…. Fitting room, Different shoe sizes. After checking out, spending close to $300, we noticed the sign to join the rewards club with a text and receive 15% off. We nicely asked if we could someone still do this, maybe return and ring back up, and he snapped at us, saying “no, I have already rung you up”. We left, but he was very rude and disappointed we could not get this reward. Customer Service can go a long way and he needs...

This place is the best! More expensive than the other shops on the block but that's because its mostly brand-name clothing. Got a Simply Southern shirt here that I wear AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. so cute and comfy. Really cute and hip juniors clothing. Men's stuff too. Great brands. My sis got some cute sandal wedges here too. Love shopping at this store. The workers were super helpful and nice! Very pleasant to talk with! Great shopping experience. We hit this store once a year when we stop in Frankfort...

Returned an item due to a faulty zipper. Was told that the zipper was for appearance only and not a functional part of the apparel. However, Kristina, the sales associate, was rude and condescending in her explanation of same.
