The Scoop of Frankfort — Restaurant in Frankfort

I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the prices were given the location. A very friendly (and patient) lady was taking orders at a walk-up window. There wasn't an option to go inside of The Scoop. For those visually inspired people this might be a downfall since you're unable to see all the buckets of ice cream. A large variety of ice cream flavors are posted on a window as well as on a board.

Soft serve & hand dipped ice is served here. Kiddos will love the variety of waffle cones they offer that are dipped in chocolate then coated with different candies and sprinkles.🙂 I purchased a hot fudge brownie sundae. It was yummy!

Ordered a double mint chocolate chip in waffle cone on July 7, 2017. The boy scooping it (short, dark brown hair) didnt use adequate arm strength when scooping and gave me about 1 solid scoop. I asked politely for another scoop to make it true double scoop. Then, a rude young girl (long, blonde hair) that also worked there said that was a double and anything extra would cost more money on top of the $5 cost of the cone. They have an amazing variety of dipped waffle cones to choose from- it’s a little mind blowing. It was a hot day and they just had you order from the window, which was a bummer to not get to see the ice cream options, but just have to choose from a board. The PB chunk was pretty solid; the brownie batter was disappointing- mostly vanilla. My daughter loved her cone with mint chocolate chip and coffee caramel flavors.
