If I could leave 0 stars I would definitely do it. Total nightmare from beginning to end. ANDY, sales rep lied about âNOTâ changing from my previous plan, come to find out that he did. ANDY, gave me continuous runaround making up numbers for my bill that never existed. Telling me about fake discounts that would appear on my monthly bill. He is very dishonest and âDO NOTâ recommend anyone come to this third-party location. I donât even recommend anyone come to any third-party Verizon store. Stick with corporate stores⌠they are more laid back and more willing to assist you as a paying customer.
The District Manager Shawn was notified of the situation and dishonest employee. He vowed to come with a resolution and to give him 3 days. When 5 days had past by, I contacted him to the number he gave to me. Got no answer but left a message. DM never called me back. Communication is horrible here. Made more attempts and no answer or had not received any call back. This behavior is âdirectâ and âdeliberateâ!
Mind you this transaction was a âtrade-inâ for my current devices (iPhone and Apple Watch). So now when I returned to the store the district manager informed me that my phone had already been sent out. I said thatâs impossible because itâs within the 30-day period. I paid over $400 in taxes and fees in which I wonât receive back. I have a photo of the fake discounts.
Never come to this location, never go to any third-party Verizon store. Stick to the corporate stores....

From the moment we walked in, Andy treated us with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and patience. Despite the store's closing time being 7 PM, Andy stayed well beyond that, never once showing frustration or rushing us. He took the time to walk us through every detail, answered all our questions thoroughly, and helped us add multiple lines seamlessly. It was very late, but he stayed with a smile and a commitment to making sure everything was handled perfectly.
This kind of genuine care and work ethic is rare to find these days. Mr. Andy didnât just help us â he turned a stressful situation into a smooth and even enjoyable one. Verizon is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team.
