Five stars for providing healthful fast food! Almost any dietary requirements can be met at a moderate price. And everything is delicious. I have loved the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich since the chain began, and it is still on the menu. Now that I have diabetes and need to eat low-carb, my new favorites are the Green Goddess Chicken Cobb salad and the Lentil Quinoa Broth Bowl with cage-free egg or with chicken (everything raised without antibiotics). There is even a flavorful, no calorie iced beverage in which I can indulge guilt-free - Plum Ginger Hibiscus Tea. For those who can eat anything, there are scrumptious sandwiches, from Mediterranean Veggie to Steak and Arugula. Salads topped with sweet summer fruits and nuts; olives and cheeses; chicken in assorted ethnic inspired combinations. Cheesy Broccoli Cheddar and Bistro French Onion are at the top of my favorites among the soup selections. And since Panera is a bakery cafe, sweet indulgences like Triple Chocolate Cookie with Walnuts, Cranberry Orange Muffin and Pecan Roll are available to finish your meal. They also have breakfast selections. The restaurant is set up like a cafe with assorted tables and booths. I had a recent experience at Panera that really stood out because of the exceptional service I received. I had ordered a Frontega sandwich and, unfortunately, arrived late to pick it up. When I checked the display, I didn’t see my name, so I asked the manager—an incredibly kind Indian lady—for help. She checked the system and discovered that my order had been ready for some time but was missing from the pickup area, likely due to it being taken by mistake.

Despite the mix-up, she handled the situation with such grace and professionalism. She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and even offered me a drink while I waited for a fresh order. As a nice touch, she added a cookie to my bag, which I only noticed later at work.

Everytime I come here they mess my order up. I mean everytime whether it is busy or not. I ordered a fiji apple salad with extra apple chips and tomatoes and I got no apple chips and no tomatoes in my salad box and a container with 4 little tomato slices. Not to mention they cut all your portions in half everywhere else the containers are always full here I bought a full salad and it was only half way filled same with my broth bowl it was also half way filled after I spent $9 on it smh the workers in the kitchen do not care how they prepare your food. My panini was crapy because they forgot the cheese in my frontega like bruh isn't cheese the main ingredient in a panini lol.
