I recently visited the AT&T store in Franklin to set up two new lines of service, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The salesperson, Toney, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our needs and recommended the perfect plans that fit our usage and budget.
Toney's knowledge of the products and services offered by AT&T was impressive. He patiently walked us through all the options, explaining each plan's benefits and helping us make informed decisions. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a seamless activation process.
Moreover, the store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse and compare different devices and accessories. The entire staff seemed knowledgeable and willing to assist customers promptly.

We went in store planning on switching over & unfortunately they did not have the phone in stock so the sales person (Jacob) ordered the phone online and we never received the phone! We had to go back to the store because customer service couldn’t find an order. Went back to the store they couldn’t find and order either. Called customer service again Couldn’t give us an answer. So we automatically canceled the order, told us they would refund us but had to go in store where they made the transaction. The girl in store said we had to call. Called customer service again & it’s been a month and still no refund customer service also wasn’t a help at all! Called again today was on hold for exactly 1hour. Read moreI want to give Sal Munoz, Store Manager of AT&T in Franklin WI a huge THANK YOU for helping our company resolve a very messy five months worth of incorrect billings. It was so apparent we weren't accomplishing anything directly with AT&T via phone as we kept getting different people each time and then having to explain everything over and over again with no resolve. It only seemed to get messier. We decided to reach out to the AT&T store down the block from us and Sal was so very happy to help us! We met with him with all of our paperwork and he reviewed each and every line item on the bills and discovered where the problems existed. He went above and beyond for us and even worked out a better phone plan for us in the long run! Thank you Sal for your great customer service!
