I wish I can give them 0 or minus zero star, very rude people & no customer service, I went this afternoon to ship the package internationally,to someone public figure, that can't be issue receiver phone number publicly bcs of security reasons. So the owner Saed who call me to service desk to help ist,so when he sees the Receiver Address,he walked back that was very rude & not telling me anything,he was talking to his other employ to help me and telling him he can't help me & in front of me he was telling him that I am receiver's girlfriend,& he was packaging other package, when I waited for a while bcs he was not telling me anything, I asked what happened,he said nothing.but how can you talk about me or judgemental about me that receiver of my package is my boyfriend ? That is none of your business on ist place.then finally the other guy came in to help me after finishing his work with the other customer he was attending.but talking very rudely to me & already frustrated might be of his boss that he gave his work to him too, not even listening to me that he told me they need the phone number bcs of customs on the Airport.so I said to him fedex don't force the phone no,so he was showing me his shirt that,"" I am not fedex ,I am UPS.""So this way they attend the customers.so I said okay & I walked out,but why owner is afraid to tell that UPS really need the receiver phone number ??instead of walking back & talk about customer,in front of the customer face that doing assumptions that receiver is my boyfriend. This happened to me before too few months ago,his lady employ was ready to help me but he told her to get another customer before attending me,bcs other customer had too many packages,so she apologized to me & attended the other customer ist.so this way they run the business, why owner can't come in the front & help his employees & attend the customers with courtesy???Thanks...
   Read moreWorst experience ever!!! Ordered a trash can from amazon on 7/23 and it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 7/26. Apparently I missed it and the driver left a note so I shrugged it off and reschedule the delivery to a different date. Fast forward monday I'm looking at when my trash can is suppose to come in but I see it failed to deliver at 1:09 PM because the front door or driveway was not accessible. At 1:16 PM delivery was attempted but "business" was closed so it was sent back to the facility. Another attempt was at 10:28 PM but the Front door or driveway was not accessible. Tuesday rolls along and I leave work early for the trash can. Apparently they could not find my "home" this time as at 5:35 pm says the address is incorrect. I was waiting at home for 5 hours for a $13 trash can. How did the first UPS driver find my address correctly but not the last driver? Anyone knows that people who work first shift are not home at 1:09 pm to receive a package. They could've left the trash can at the door and I would've grabbed it. Why does a trash can require a signature? is it because their service is so trash they need a trash can? If I knew it was going take so long for a freaking $13 trash can to be delivered I would've just went to target to go buy it. Well anyways I just got a refund from Amazon. I tried to contact UPS to notify them that I don't want the package anymore but the wait time was too long for their customer service line. No wonder why they had to lay off...
   Read moreThis gets one star only because it won't post with zero stars. On Monday, we dropped off a phone with a QR code from the manufacturer for it to be packaged and shipped next day air. Our receipt shows the date. I tracked it and it hadn't arrived by Thursday. I called and was told this happens sometimes; I should call the UPS location it is shipped from, who then told me it's the stores responsibility. We went to the store, and I told them it had to be in the store. The clerk then finds it it on the shelf, but when I had called earlier, he said it wasn't there. I took a pic of it on the shelf. When I checked online later it says it was dropped off at the store on Thursday, one minute after I took a pic of the package on the shelf. So where exactly was the phone since Monday. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told he wasn't in until Friday. When I called on Friday, I was told he wasn't in and they didn't know when he would be.
