Blackbird Nest — Local services in Franklin

I purchased a cabinet and told the clerk I had to come back the following week to pick it up. I was interested in another piece and a sign, taking the paint class, and purchasing paint for 4 pieces I already had. When I went to pick the cabinet up I realized it was a little bigger then I wanted. I asked to exchange it for another piece and the owner seemed annoyed I even asked. She said she doesn't own the pieces, which is irrelevant, and walked away. I understand policy but the attitude was ridiculous. I had a paint sample pamphlet in my hand and as I was leaving the clerk asked if I was purchasing it because it was $3.00, in an obnoxious tone. I said no and I will not be back and she said ok. The store is lovely, the items are pricey, the attitude is not conducive to being successful. Another customer who walked out the same time as I did stopped me and said she would not be returning either. She agreed the customer service was lacking and the items...
