I’ve only visited this place twice and both times without fail I have gotten food poisoning or the products have tasted bad or even rotten.

The first time I thought it was just because I got something with milk and I’m lactose intolerant, but even then i was suspicious because it was worse that how milk usually treats me. (I don’t want to assume the worst, and since this happened a while ago take with a grain of salt, but it almost tasted sour)

The second time I got something 100% dairy free (I even double checked with the barista) and it tasted stale! I got a sandwich as-well, lo and behold, it was disgusting. Something in the sandwich was obviously left out of any refrigeration way too long (smelt horrible, tasted wrong) and had a mushy texture. so i stopped eating and threw it all out.

Later I researched the business (why didn’t I do that sooner?) and came to find out they have MULTIPLE County Health Department violations!! PLEASE visit at your own risk! If I could give less than one...

I recently visited Coffeehouse Five and had an amazing experience. The ambiance was open and inviting with plants, plenty of seating & interesting light fixtures. The staff were incredibly friendly & kind! The menu offered a few options, and everything we tried was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the egg & cheese biscuit while my sister enjoyed an everything breakfast sandwich with bacon. Their menu is simple & usually printed on a stand by the counter. I never know what drink I’m getting- I let the baristas know what I like or I order the special. The coffee was also top-notch, with a rich, smooth taste that coffee lovers will appreciate.

Overall, Coffeehouse Five exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful cafe experience. I will definitely be returning soon! It’s also for a good cause- their proceeds go to building a stronger community by contributing to things like free addiction recovery programs & funding other...

I have come here multiple times and I have never been so disappointed in a cafe more than today. My family and I felt so unwelcome by the employee with dark black hair, braids and a beanie. I ordered a vanilla late with sweet cream and I received my coffee without sweet cream. I politely went up to the counter and asked for the sweet cream I asked for. The employee gave an attitude and said there’s an extra charge for that. I said okay and paid the 81 cents. The employee continued to talk about me and my family the whole time we were there with other employees in the restaurant. We could not even enjoy our coffee all because of 81 cents sweet cream. That she messed up on and we were polite the whole time. I understand making a mistake but owning up to your mistake as a customer service employee myself and talking bad about people while they are there for your own mistake is 100% disrespectful. I have never had issues prior to today at this cafe but this...

Coffee house 5 is a quaint coffee place with a decent selection for food items. We had breakfast there. My daughter got a cinnamon muffin, I had the buiscut sandwich, and the husband had buiscut and gravy. All were absolutely to die for. The chive buiscuts were wonderful and unique! My husband said it was the best buiscuts and gravy he has ever had a restaurant and I would have to agree. Drink wise hubby got a mocha that he liked, i had a straberry smoothie that is one of the better ones i have had. They even made a vanilla Frappuccino without coffee for my 5 year old. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was chill.

My wife and I came here to try out a local business and we're pleased with the service and ambiance. She got a Chai tea latte and I got a peanut butter mocha. She also got an order of biscuit(s) and gravy. Both drinks were tasty and she loved her food. I could even see the peanut butter that was used in my drink. Good stuff! The actual restaurant was clean but loud with all the people having their respective conversations. Nothing can be done about that. The reason I gave it 4 stars was the value for items received. It was $20+ tip for our meal - 2 drinks and some food. Pricey, but good.
