I ordered flowers for a funeral. As an pit of town guest it was a show of support. I was able to attend instead. When I got there, the difference in arrangements from this establishment for those who addresses were out of town verses in town was astonishing. It's clear that when customers can't see what they are getting they use low cost, half dying flowers to save money and increase profit. They must give you a better display of flowers if you know them. I ordered flowers for someone's birthday. The card only had a name at the bottom, no happy birthday or anything although she knew what they were for. They sure made it known on the front of the card to largely display their business name and who it came from was in small lettering and on the back. Although the recipient liked it (very humble) I saw a puny display of flowers in a tiny vase. These kind ladies went way far above and beyond to help fix the mistakes of another florist (online oder) made with my sisters bridal bouquet. Provided more flowers then the bouquet I ordered for a cheaper price knowing I was running out of time to go anywhere else.
