Festival Country Indiana Visitor Center — Local services in Franklin

I want to give a shout out to the town of Franklin, Indiana for the amazing welcome that you gave to so many visitors during the eclipse. I stayed with my two grandchildren on the east side of Franklin in a hotel that treated us so well and we had an amazing breakfast at the Waffle House. We spent two nights and three days in your town, and the experience was wonderful. We ended up spending five hours at the amphitheater park on Monday where we had the best time ever. It was a great family friendly environment with all of the blessings we could have only hoped for. A DJ was playing music, there was a special play area for the kids, many food vendors were available, there were ample trash cans, handwashing stations, outdoor toilets, and a significant police presence.
