Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Franklin

Been going here for a few years. Staff has usually been awesome, but today not so much. We we're checking out and ask if they had any boxes to put our stuff in we bought and she said they are over there in the bin in a rude don't want to be here today voice. She said the same to the customer in front of us. I get it, it's Mother's day and a Sunday, but that's no excuse to take out your anger on other shoppers, and there were a few she did take it out on. We used to buy a great deal of food for office celebrations. We stopped after Kim, the manager, acted very unprofessionally. We were waiting to check out, and the cashier was missing. Instead of stepping in, to process our orders, Kim repeatedly shouted the cashiers name. When the obviously ill cashier arrived, Kim lectured her about leaving her register. Good prices, great items, the staff is warm welcoming, very pleasant and friendly, willing to help with whatever er it is you are looking for. The store mainly is in bulk, however you do not need a membership, I highly recommend this place to anyone that has a family of 4, 5 or larger. I am a single person, the stuff I buy in bulk is what I eat...
