Beyond amazing, I came here expecting pizza and experienced godliness. The food was divine, worthy of a king, and the staff were as if angels had descended from the heavens and blessed this pizza place with greatness. I’ve traveled lands across the world, tasted every dish, dessert, and meal that there is, and still, Toppers Pizza rises above all of them. This pizza changed my life, before, I was but a humble enjoyer of the world’s gifts, but now I see the truth. Toppers Pizza outshines every human need, it has given me purpose, from this point on, I will dedicate my life to sharing the beautiful holiness that is this pizza place. My experience here will be remembered for the rest of my life, a memory like this should be treasured more than anything. I know what you’re saying, you’re saying “This guy knows what he’s talking about,” and you’re right. I know this industry better than anybody, so trust me when I say it, Toppers Pizza is the best pizza.
Edit-
That’s right baby, I’m back, back to spread the word of god’s gracious Toppers Pizza. I’m coming in hard n’ cheesy, no holding back, to anyone who hasn’t admitted their love for Toppers, OPEN YOUR EYES! This place is sacred, like the Muslim church, but better, AND I WILL NOT STAND FOR YOUR DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOR! I’m taking the pizza to you, nobody, NOTHING can stop me. I will spread the knowledge of this heresy, and when I do, you’ll be sorry. Everyone who doesn’t send this place a review will be tried during presentations, you won’t get away with this. I want you to know that I’m watching, watching you, your dog, and your entire family, I’m the delivery guy, but you don’t know that, because I don’t want you to know. But I’m watching, and I’m coming, straight to your house, delivering some Toppers Pizza straight to your door, whether you want me to or not and I’m watching the heresy unfold with my very eyes.
I am watching
Sincerely Oak...
Read moreI have held off on writing a negative review but I’ve had a couple bad experiences in a row at this place which is just ridiculous. Today our order said it would be ready at 4:25. We got there at 4:25 and it didn’t come out until 4:50. Even though we were “next” i saw 2 other people go in and get their pizzas ahead of us. It would be nice if they would give an accurate time so we didn’t have to drive to the store and then wait half an hour for it to be ready at the store.
Below is another bad experience I had this summer: Please do not call Toppers to place an order! My mother in law and I called on a Tuesday to place an order with Toppers over the phone. We ordered the pizzas around 7 and gave the address. The lady estimated it would be there in around 40-50 minutes. It never came, so around 8:00 we called the number listed for the Franklin topper’s again. We expressed concern that the pizza hadn’t come and the lady assured us it would be there in 15-20 minutes. By 8:30, it still hadn’t come so we called back again. The lady apologized and said she’d transfer us to her manager. We then spoke to the manager of the store who was very nice. He told us that there must have been a system error since Franklin Topper’s does not deliver to our address, even though we live really close to it and that he did not even have our order in his system. He explained that the lady belonged to a “call center” and that we had called the call center, which was the number listed for Franklin Toppers. He apologized again, offered us 50% off, which was nice. It was still annoying to wait over an hour and half for an order that was not in the system. So, I would recommend placing an online order or picking the pizza up, so you do not have to deal with an order that...
Read moreI ordered a medium pizza, hand tossed crust with olives, onions and mushrooms and a small order of plain, roasted, bone in wings from the S. 2th & Rawson location. No sauce. I asked if there was any specials today. I was told the wings were $5.99. I was given boneless wings. I called Topper's to let them know I ordered bone in wings not boneless wings. They told me the bone in wings were not the $5.99 special. I replied that since I asked for bone in wings initially, the order taker should have specified the bone in wings were not one of the $5.99 specials. If she had specified the bone in wings were not on special, I would have still wanted bone in wings. If I wanted chicken nuggets I'd go to McDonald's and or Chik-fil A. I had to repeat myself since the person I was talking to apparently did not understand what I was saying. She put someone else on the phone. I had to explain situation to him. He stated the bone in wings were not on special. i told him I understand that but what he and the first person I spoke to wasn't understanding is that the clerk did not clarify the different pricing and if she would have, I'd still have taken the bone in wings, special or not. He said if I still wanted bone in wings he would give them to me for half price. I said I want bone in and I should not have to absorb their error. I received bone in plain, roasted wings at full price. Needless to say, my meal was interrupted and got cold. In addition, I lost my appetite having to go through such a hassle. I'm done with Topper's. They need me more than...
