I was visiting the area and happened to find out about the Countdown to Christmas event at Amy's Hallmark – so glad I made the effort to go! The staff were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and the whole event was so well organized. The store itself was beautifully laid out and fully stocked, making browsing/buying a pleasure.

The Hallmark celebrities were absolutely wonderful – they walked the line, chatted with everyone, and truly made each guest feel special before taking photos. The person taking the photos did an amazing job; I had so many great shots to choose from!

All around, a fantastic event and a great store. A true Hallmark moment – thank you to everyone who made...

Don't get me wrong I love this place . But I just bought an annual Xmas ornament there. 30$ no biggie we are used to the price . Then they tell me it won't work unless I pay 15$ for a gizmo that makes it work? Shouldn't I be able to pay less for the ornament if I don't want it to light up etc. What happened to getting batteries and hitting a button and vualla!! If I'm being forced to pay extra for something to work I feel in good business you should drop the price of the item to make the difference up if i dont want the extra thing....

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I had an awful experience at this store today. I visited around 3:40 PM and asked an employee, an older woman, a question about an item on sale. Her response was incredibly rude—she simply said “NO” in the most unpleasant tone, even after I politely asked for clarification. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, so I left immediately.
