This store is absolutely ridiculous. I bought a phone and was charged for a 20 dollar phone case that I didn't want. Not to mention I went to get my id the day after just to find out someone had applied online to get my id on the same day I got the phone about an hr after I had given the guy working at Metro all my information. My mom had given him her information too because I couldn't find my id and now she just got notified that someone bought 500 dollars in towels using her name on PayPal and again it happened right after giving this man her info. Be careful with this place. I'm a truck driver. Not even from the state stop here. Because my phone was acting up, purchase a brand new phone at this location. Come to find out, these people are hacking into our phones. I will be purchasing a new phone and also a number getting away from metro pcs Because this is getting ridiculous. The guy in the store did not know what he was doing. I'd give it 0 if I could. Came in to fix my phone and wanted to see my father's phone cuz he got a new phone and was trying to set up his old phone with my number. He ended up screwing up his phone.
