I walked in looking to potentially upgrade. Upon walking in the door I was immediately taken back how there was very little in the store. They had about 6 phones on display. There was only 1 guy working and I waited forever to get help. I informed him that I was interested in upgrading and he had the phone in stock. I was very much pressured into purchasing accessories and even while contemplating buying the accessories there he just started ringing everything up. Between the screen protector and case I paid $110. Mind you, I’ve typically bought good accessories for around $40 total. I got charged $60 for the screen protector when I can purchase the exact same one for $35 online. Then when I got home I realize I paid an extra $10 more for the phone than purchasing from Verizon. That’s after my $25 Verizon equipment credit. Which means they sold the phone for $835, which is $35 more than on Verizon’s website or in store. So, after already spending an hour waiting to get thing started and not being offered anything, I get ripped off on the phone and get pressured into buying all the accessories. Then, out of nowhere I find out I also paid an extra $20 for what they call set up and go. I’ve never had to pay any set up fees at a Verizon store. It wasn’t until after I left that I found out that this isn’t a corporate Verizon store. Rather, it’s a franchise store meaning they can do whatever they want. In all, I overpaid by $100 and spent almost 2 hours in the store. Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate Verizon store. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. You bet I’m going to be filing a complaint with Verizon!

My wife & daughter went to this store to replace my daughters broken I phone. They worked with the manager Todd who assured them that the phone she was getting would not change the current plan. Todd told her several times not to worry it will not change anything, as this was a concern family.

She was told that we would have to pay the activation fee which would be $30.00 dollars. This was fine and they proceeded with the purchase.

GUESS WHAT!!!! Todd lied to my wife & duaghter. Not only did her plan change the prtice went up!!! My wife call the manager Todd and he told her he never said that! She pushed him and he finally admitted that he did say that to them.

He lied, would not straighten out the problem that he created, told her to call Verizon. II would not use this store if my phone died and it was the last Verizon store in Wisconsin!

I CANNOT STAND DEALING WITH LIARS, WHO CHEAT PEOPLE AND KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!

Great way to manage a business!!! Get it in...

I can't say more kind words about Jovo who helped me today and getting the opportunity to watch him help other customers as they came in. He is patient, calm and has the customers best interest in mind to make them happy.

I was in there for 3 hours today dealing with an issue I had been struggling with for months and probably spent 10 hours on the phone with no success. He worked with me as we got bounced around from department to department to explain the issue until it was finally resolved. All while maintaining patience and helping out other customers with efficiency as they came through the door. His ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a calm presence is very comforting. Everyone I witnessed walked in left extremely happy, and so did I. Great...
