Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin

I was missing an item from my order and I called the store to let them know. The woman said that it had been accidently left behind by "a new guy." They said that I would have to come pick it up from them. I said that I couldn't do that as I am ill and also I paid for delivery (fee and tip) thru their website. She said sure they'll run it out. 30 minutes later I called to see where the item was and was told by a young man that it had just then been picked up (30 minutes after my call and nearly an hour after the order was placed.) I was upset because it wasn't going to be the quality that I usually expect from them (never had a problem before.) Cold wings sitting out is not something I am comfortable with (germaphobe.) The young man said they're busy and then hung up on me! I called corporate because they didn't answer the phone when I called again to cancel the order. Corporate told me I had to call the store directly to cancel the order for a refund. I only wanted a refund for the item that was missing. Called the store back and a different young man answered. I asked to speak to the manager and he put me on hold...then answered and said that they manager was busy. I said that I understood that but I wanted to speak to them anyway. Then the young man said that they manager wasn't there and HUNG UP AGAIN! I will NEVER use this location again. The staff are inept and it doesn't reflect well on the management. I am waiting on corporate to reach out so I can...

Last December I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery at 6:00 because I had some special guests. I didn’t know that they had a service deliver. When it didn’t arrive by 6, I called at 6:12 and was told it was ready for pick up.i called back a couple of minutes later and was assured it was on the way (I live 5 minutes away). I called again at 6:26, was put on hold for 10 minutes - again I was assured it was on the way. When it hadn’t arrived by 7, I called to order from reliable Crossroads Pizza. We picked up. DoorDash delivered at 7:12 and said she was there at 6:31 and it wasn’t ready. Of course I called and spoke to the manager,, Amy. She assured me that there would be a coupon for a repeat order under my phone number. It “would be there forever”. When I called a few months later to use the coupon, Amy was no longer there, and I was told there wasn’t any coupon associated with my phone number....

Papa John's is simply mediocre pizza, don't expect anything more. It's just not very good. The stuffed crust is easily the best part of the pizza.

That said, the boneless "wings" make the pizza seem exquisite. That is to say, they were so terrible I highly recommend to Papa John's that you take them off the menu or source new product immediately. Parents everywhere will know what I mean when I say these *boneless wings" were literal chicken nuggets of such low quality you wonder whether you should continue feeding them to your children for risk of food poisoning...with sauces lazily poured over them. They were so bad I didn't care to finish them, and I eat everything! They are certainly not wings, breading is terrible, sauce uninspired, and only boneless in the way a hot dog is boneless. Honestly so poor I'll likely not bother trying Papa John's again period.

Do yourself a favor and find better...
