I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my recent visit to Dairy Queen was really frustrating. The service was painfully slow — I waited nearly 25 minutes for a small Blizzard and a burger, and there were only a few people ahead of me. When I finally got my order, the Blizzard was half-melted and the burger was lukewarm at best.
The staff didn’t seem very organized or attentive. I get that things can get busy, but there was no communication or apology for the delay. The dining area also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day — tables were sticky and trash cans were overflowing.
I’ve had good experiences at other Dairy Queens before, but this location really missed the mark. Definitely won’t be coming back...
Read moreWe have had it with this location. Tried it 3 times. The people that work there are RUDE!! If you hate customer service why did you open a Dairy Queen???. They are very skimpy on the amount of ingredients they put in their blizzards etc. and god help you if when you walk in with a coupon. They come in the mail people get over it. We will not be back I would rather spend the money at another location that gives you what you are paying for and at least treats you nice for being there. All of my neighbors have already stopped going. I hope they read their on reviews or they will be out...

You'd think for a brand new restuarant that the food standards would be higher. The service was fast and friendly, but the food tasted old and stale. I'm not sure if our order was made fresh with how fast it was. I'm not one to nitpick restaurants, but the fact that my girlfriend immediately became violently ill pisses me off. The Dairy Queen in Waterford is much more consistent and tastes better, don't waste...
