To start I have no idea how this restaurant is rated a 4.6 average. Go and try their food and tell me it’s a 4.6 average.
If you are looking for REALLY BAD BLAND expensive small portion meals that don’t even taste like real Chinese recipe meals then you are in luck!!! This place not only gets the recipes REALLY WRONG but they are not even fully cooked. They don’t use any spices and the sauces are basically tasteless. My shrimp with lobster sauce was so bland that the sauce was clear and gloppy with hard frozen peas and overcooked frozen carats with shrimp and imitation lobster that tasted like tofu! YUCK - worse meal I have ever had from a Chinese restaurant. It was more fun to play with a little globs of gelatin they were in the sauce than it was to eat the meal.
All of these $10 meals were served in a little plastic dish 3” X 6”. Half of the dish is full of white rice and the other side is supposed to be the meal. Cashew chicken was disgusting because it literally had no taste. This place is an old folks dream! No spices - no taste - clear and gloppy gross recipes!
I can’t say enough of how disgusted we were with their food. All three of our plates we did not eat and we USUALLY love leftovers. The only leftovers from these three meals are going in the garbage.
The best part of the meal was the little fortune cookie made in Chicago but that doesn’t say much because my daughter said it tasted like cardboard. I sadly agree. They will never get our business again.
Don’t waste your money like we did. You’re better off choosing ANY other restaurant or...

Order: Shrimp with lobster sauce, two egg rolls, vegetable lo mein, two cans of coca cola
Received egg flower shrimp. No fermented black beans, no diced or minced pork, no oyster sauce, zero ginger, no spring onions. The shrimps were nicely plump though.
Lo mein noodles, not a single one was longer than five centimeters and they were angel hair thin. Short noodles are an insult. Long noodles for long life. Being served short noodles is being told that they want you to die soon.
And much of the rice was crunchy.
Egg rolls (I know, I'm a bad Asian for liking them) were adequate. But wrapped as spring rolls, not wonton.
When I picked up my order, I wasn't told to get my soda cans from the self serve cooler. If I hadn't checked the bag before leaving I wouldn't have gotten them.
I will not be returning.

Read moreI ordered food at 5:30 for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered by uber. I went to check on the order tracking. It said they were looking for another driver. Finally they found a driver and she texted me saying the driver cancelled the order as the restaurant was too busy and the food wasn't ready. I had no idea it was cancelled. She told them I still wanted it. I asked for no onions. The chop suey was literally 1/2 onions. I did not order fried rice, but got it. I had called the restaurant about the cancelled order. She said she'd check with the manager and call me right back. She never did. I tried to call them again when I got the food, it said they were closed. They weren't supposed to close for another hour. Horrible....
