Large parking garage, but can be extremely busy on weekends. Signage out front displays how many spaces are available - which is nice. The first two hours are free, and then it’s pretty inexpensive from there on out. When you enter you get a ticket. You should bring with you so that you can pay before you get back to your car. I highly recommend you bring a few singles with you so you can pay with cash. The garage is really close to a lot of shops and restaurants , so it is a great location.

Garage is located right in the middle of the city, it’s a perfect spot for walking distance shops and the park. Didn’t cost a lot either and has plenty of parking levels.

Do not park here. Came here on a Saturday and it was crowded so we had to park on the fifth floor. My wife is pregnant so we had to use the elevator. Turns out we couldn’t use the elevator because it was broken, someone was stuck in it. Since my wife is 9 months pregnant we couldn’t make it down five flights of stairs and decided to leave. This garage then had the audacity to charge us TEN DOLLARS! I obviously tried to contest it but couldn’t because there wasn’t an attendant at either exit. What kind of business does this? I’ve tried calling the city of Frederick and they are giving me the run around. ...

This is a city owned & operated parking garage. Not sure why they even have a parking attendant, he's worthless. I was having a problem paying for my parking ticket, and he just sat in his booth with the windows closed yelling to try another machine. We tried two more machines but still no luck. He wouldn't help us until I stood in the way of cars trying to exit and refused to move. Finally the attendant took my ticket into his booth and had me pay him cash...
