What wonderful service! We stopped by to keep the kids occupied for a few minutes and walked out with new toys for the kids.
Hygiene is important, they spray your hands before entering, FYI. There are little $2.99 toys, just to keep the kids appeased, up to DIY miniature dollhouse craft rooms ($39.99), and scratch-off booklets. They also had a nice selection of books and a section of block toys, for the infants and battery-averse. They had a nice range of toys that were "build it yourself" or "make it yourself" to "learning while you play," which includes the tegu magnetic blocks and other of the same ilk.
What really won me over was the customer service. My daughter was attempting to appease a toddler who was crying and the young cashier witnessed the act of kindness and "rewarded" my daughter. So kind!

My young adult kids, me, and my husband found something for everyone in our family. Definitely worth the stop in and a lot of near future visits. You’ll be glad you did.
15Apr.2023 Sasha was super helpful with everything right down to finding a sold out amphibian stuffed toy. Super knowledgeable and mega friendly.
This is definitely the best educational and fun toy store in town. Looking for something nostalgic or eclectic, this is the place for you. Prices fit the toys you’re looking for. If you’re downtown Frederick; stop in, you will be glad you did.

They were also especially safe due to covid-19 concerns, everyone who came into the building got a spritz of sanitizer, were checked to make sure they were wearing a mask, and when capacity was full they formed a line outside of the building. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and it was apparent that safety was a main priority for them. My 4-year-old daughter had a really good time looking around and picked out two small things within a few minutes....
