It's fast food tacos and they were good. The place is clean and the counter staff attentive. The self-service drink station was cleaned twice while we ate. The attendant even cleared our tray from the table when we finished. The prices have gone up significantly since we last ate at a TB. At over $20 for a simple lunch for two it's expensive. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

Walked in to restaurant, I observed 5 employees walking around and avoiding the front counter at all cost...Noone took my order for 5minutes, so I used the kiosk...After waiting another 10 minutes 1 worker gave me half my order and walked away..I had to ask for the second half of my order..There was food all over the floor and noone was working on or near food had a mask on or gloves..But yet the sign on the door say everyone is required to wear a mask....There was enough cheese and trash on the floor u could skate on it...Noone was cleaning. And noone was taking orders at the front...Sad man..How is this place still open....?

Hands-down, worst Customer service experience ever. I live in Arlington, Virginia and all the Taco Bells around Arlington are amazing. I come to this Taco Bell and the food is disgusting and the attitudes are even worse than the food. Like I always tell people, if you’re going to have the nerve to have nasty attitudes, at least, let the food be good. And neither is true here. The manager, Greg was rude, and the girl with the braids was rude as well. If you all hate your job that much, go back to college and level up like we all had to do. Don’t bring your misery and low ambition on others.

Update 6/2023 - Last update as this is our last visit to this location for sure. 7 out of 9 times they messed up our orders in last few months. You are reading it right, those much careless their staff and employees are (and of course managers in my opinion). I started feeling now Either they are doing this purposefully or really they have zero morale on making anyone’s order correct. I feel escalating this to a main corporate would help them and the customers. Like others said gave enough chances to them to improve but moving on is the only option and go to some other location.

Update 04/2023 - Quality went down a lot. I mean every single order we places in last few months, every time either the item is missing or the order was made wrong. Last night our pretty much entire order was made incorrect so head back to them again. Showed them the order we placed, and what they made. Manager was good enough to rectify the order. Employee came back and arguing that she 100% made it correct. Showed her our order again to ensure she definitely made incorrect order. Anyway my point being the quality constantly going down and down at this location. Not surprised why this location is getting poor reviews. Another poor review from me.

07/2022- Pretty consistent with the mobile orders. Usually glad that they never messed up any of my orders. Wish they...

Is it normal practice to make a guest feel bad about wanting to take part in a promotion?

I have friends who have won Taco Bell Xboxs and VRs so my husband and I decided for dinner we would have fun and try our luck. After 25-30 minutes of waiting for our 2 double chalupa boxes, we were handed regular boxes with no codes. I politely asked where the boxes with the codes were. I was told they ran out of boxes. I asked if they were out why didn't they inform me while I was waiting or have signs, I received no answer. So I asked for a refund so I could go to another store. If I was told they were out of boxes, or saw a sign, I would have had no issue going to another location before I waited.

The manager was summoned and said she would check for more boxes. While she was in the back the staff started being rude and talking about us to each other. One of the two boys on the right mockingly said, "Wow, they really came here for that?" The woman on the line to the left close to the drive through said, "I would have just kept saying we did not have any" like I was a time sucking annoyance. There was no shortage of eyerolls from the staff as well. After, the manager came out of the back with a stack of promo boxes, because, of course, they were not actually out.

Why was I mocked for supporting a promotion? It was very uncomfortable and I will not...

I want to take a moment to give the biggest shoutout to Ty at this Taco Bell. From the second I interacted with him, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. It wasn’t just the usual customer service—Ty went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. He spoke with such a positive attitude, had a genuine smile, and made me feel like more than just another customer.

What stood out most was how patient and attentive he was. He took the time to make sure my order was right, and he did it all with such kindness that it honestly made my day. You can tell he truly cares about people and takes pride in the way he treats customers.

It’s rare to meet someone who brings that much positivity and professionalism to their job, but Ty absolutely does. He turned a simple Taco Bell run into something memorable, and that says a lot about his character and the energy he brings to this restaurant. Employees like him make all the difference, and I really hope he gets recognized for the great work he’s doing.

Thank you, Ty, for your kindness and the way you make people feel valued—you deserve the best...
