Ocean State Job Lot — Local services in Freehold Township

I’ve shopped at job lot many times in the past and love the company. Went into this location this evening and there was 3 workers, seems like two associates and one manager, just talking upfront doing nothing. While one associate with curly hair was in the food department working. At checkout the same 3 workers were still just talking upfront. The cashier was just on his phone when I got up there. I was given no customer service and it just seems like they would rather do nothing than do their job. That one working working in food deserves a raise and deserves better because to be the only one working while the rest of them do nothing is unfair and unacceptable. Please take...

Always a clean store with great selection and pricing. Love the options of seasonal items. What triggered me to write this review is the manager who saved me on a rainy day. I was trying to hunt down a personal 'sports viewing tent' (didn't even have a name for it) the evening before an outdoor event with predicted bad weather. Job lot is one of my favorite stores to go to. I used to go to it in Red Bank. I just bought a house and found out a Job Lot was less than 20 minutes away. They have great deals on so many items for the house and so many great food items. They also have good coupons and 'crazy deals' in which you get a gift card when you buy an item.
