I would leave zero stars for customer service. Efficiency that I experienced at this location is an absolute zero. I went to the pick-up side to pick up an online order that was ready for pick-up. There were 3 workers, 1 went to the back after making an order and disappeared to wash dishes, which would be fine if the other 2 workers stopped chopping a supply of back up strawberries and filling the Nutella but neither worker took over helping the customers. After not being acknowledged and the workers not stopping what they are doing to take care of the customers in line, I called their store phone. One of the workers stopped to reluctantly answer the phone though atleast after 3 or 4 rings. I explained I was calling because I was at the front counter waiting to pick up an order and for someone to hand it to me. It was an awkward moment when she realized a customer at the counter had to call to be helped. The worker appeared annoyed, made obvious by how she tossed down the phone. This was absolutely pathetic customer service, the managers should be very disappointed in who they hired. I am not paid for these workers to be inefficient. They cost me time and money. i had a mobile order for pick up usually i love playa and i work in the mall so i get it often, usually when there are mobile orders they are put in the fridge however today there were orders all over the counter where pick ups are (without names and receipts) i didn’t have my voice today due to allergies so it was hard to communicate however when i went to look in the bags of orders for receipts or names i was yelled at that my order was being made when they didn’t even ask my name yet, they proceeded to make my order i managed to get out my name and then they threw my drink into the bag with my bowl so i had to clean it up when i got to my store and i would’ve asked them to re make it if my voice hadn’t been done but i couldn’t be bothered to deal with two disrespectful 16 year olds that yell at every customer they see look at an order when we can’t tell who’s is who’s. as i took my order and had to fix it they gave me dirty looks and basically stared me...

The day before this visit it was somewhat crowded, but the ladies did a great job. The girl who put the bowl together on the previous day was excellent! You could tell she took pride in the presentation of what the end product would look like. It helps when you have that one person that although they’re busy

On the day of this visit, they did well also. The girl who put things together was okay. Someone who had received her bowl prior to me making my order came back up and said there wasn’t much pink base in her bowl. There was so much granola in it that they didn’t have room to put any in it. The hit who made the bowl told her it’s in there at the bottoms. But it wasn’t. I just don’t think she wanted to add anymore. Meanwhile, I saw the young lady over there taking her bowl apart looking for extra pink base.
