We stopped by the Freehold store to look at couches after seeing an ad on Facebook for one we felt would fit nicely for our new apartment and are so happy that we did! We met Alex M. who greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything. We originally let him know we were just looking but found the couch we had seen in the ad and asked Alex for more information on it. We tested out the couch and felt the chaise was a little too small and the couch itself too firm for us. So we asked Alex if he knew of any similar to that one that may be a little more plush. He took us through the showroom to another couch from that particular collection and unfortunately it was a 3-piece sectional that we knew would not fit in our 800 sq. ft apartment. However, Alex was quick to let us know that we had the option to purchase the couch as a 2-piece with the love seat and chaise. We were sold on that idea as we loved the couch! We went over prices and he even whipped out measuring tape from his pocket and measured the two pieces for us so that we could confirm it would fit our living space the way we hoped. We took his business card and told him we would give him a call when we were ready to buy! Well, a couple weeks later, we called Alex, purchased our couch over the phone - he offered and explained the finance program should we choose to apply for that - and all was great!! He even helped us figure out whether it was the right or left arm facing sectional that we wanted because we were so confused by that! We appreciated his help, patience and kindness tremendously and would recommend Bob’s and specifically Alex M. at the Freehold store to anyone looking to purchase new furniture pieces!...

Delivery drivers damaged the dresser .I'm requesting full refund of the delivery and I want the new dresser was promised delivery dec 8th..and no one came! When you call to talk to manager I'm told they will call bank because they are with customers.. Well what am I ? You's got my $$ and my dresser that was damaged still not replaced!! I suggest go to Raymour & Flanigam for better set ice..Bobs just stole my $$ and still had t replaced my dressers I called again Friday was told Vivian would call me back , ML CALL was ever heard from them. October 24 2025 Since July 2025 I will never purchase any more furniture from your establishment. I purchased the goof proof for my dining room table to be replaced. The Chairs are falling apart and I'm still waiting to have the guy come back here to resubmit it so I can get the whole table replaced including the chairs also I purchased my daughter and law a sofa. Ithe sofa has stains on it?She was told stains, aren't covered?But I'm excuse me, aren't you goof proof it says it is covered.I will never ever ever ever purchase anymore.From Bob's discount.The customer service we're going to proof is very unprofessional.I'll just take my money elsewhere.I just wasted money.It's my daughter has a sofa, stained staying that she was told she can cleaned it.It's covered...

Well its now 2 month later and STILL NOT RESOLVED - I finally heard from the rep and it's been every weekend for 2 months and they still haven't resolved. I can't even get back the 359.00 for delivery and set up refunded which at this point is robbery!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. I am at the point of returning the items and having them refund everything!!!!
After writing the below they respond acting concerned and 2 days later still haven’t heard a word!!! The response is not sincere and they won’t do anything. All they want is the sale!
I swore after receiving a defective leather couch that I would never buy anything from there again. We bought a leather couch to find out that it wasn't leather at all!! They are aware of the defect but because I reported 2 months after my 5 year warranty they would not do anything.
I now went there to buy 2 sets of bunk beds for my shore home. I only bought from them because it fit my needs. It came this weekend damaged and installed incorrectly- FYI- Paid 359.00 for installation and $4,000.00 in total for beds I can't use!!! I tried to explain to the installer that it wasn't correct but they didn't speak English!!! I immediately called the store and was told sorry can't do anything for you, you need to call the service line. They did not offer to help in any way. So then after being on the phone for over 1 1/2 hrs I now have to wait another 2 weeks for someone to return!! I also find it very sketchy that I couldn't get an email or mailing address. I could only call the service line.
