WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I have worked multiple customer service jobs and I get it. You have bad days. Customers can be annoying. Whatever. But it's your literal job to be a decent person and not take things out on customers. Haley was the worst person I have ever met while shopping. She obviously hates kids so I don't recommend going to this store if you're, God forbid, a mother. Right when i walked in she looked at the kids and rolled her eyes and didnt greet us. My son is 13 months and was tired and making noises and she had the worst attitude towards us when we asked simple questions about what the sale entailed. My mom's son is 4 and at the END of our time in the store he got a little hyper and we told him to calm down and Haley got upset and told us to deal with him, after she heard us already handle it. Her attitude is unacceptable and was disgusting before the kids even made a sound. She was a smart* and needs to be retrained on how to be a better human to people.

My mom and I love this store and usually enjoy talking with the employees and neither one of us want to go back. This experience was so annoying we'd rather pay full price at the mall than be around that kind of negativity...

I was there in October with my daughter. We are Asian. There were 2 girls working, both Caucasian. Diana insinuated that my daughter had taken the tag off the camisole that she had out on (to try on tops to see how they would look) because she found a tag on dressing room floor. She said, don’t take the tags off the clothes and bring that to me when you’re done. My daughter is 17. Didn’t know what to make of it initially but then checked and she went and told Diana that the tag she found was NOT from the camisole as its tag was still on her camisole (as she had tucked it in). Diana didn’t apologize or anything. Not sure if she was racist or didn’t like teenagers but she was rude and it has still caused my straight A, will be graduating valedictorian from high school in May daughter a lot of distrsss. Will never go...
