Wow I was speechless. December 23rd in the evening hour's. I was shopping for last minute Christmas gifts. A lane opened up and i went to it. The cashier kept saying to the customer in front of me, how she was in retail for 20 year's. That the manager didn't properly train her. Finally its my turn. The cashier goes on to say the same thing to me. Then she says she knows how to get on management's nerves. Then as shes saying this, she started off scanning my item's in the beginning, to scan an item look at her screen scan the same item again and so on for a couple of item's then she says again they dont want to train ne right, i know how to get on her nerves. Finally i said that's fine but please quit getting on my nerves. On my way out i asked to speak to a manager, she was very polite and said thank ypu for bringing this to her attention. I hope she did address this. Sometimes all it takes is one bad shopping experience and you decide not to go back. I dont want this store to suffer because of something like this. Im not a frequent shopper at ollies but have been here quite a few times and have always had a good shopping experience,...

They are even cutting workers hours down to practically nothing for not getting enough Ollie's Rewards sign-ups...because they are so far removed from us regular people that they don't realize that people either want rewards cards or they don't and FORCING workers to ask (out of fear of punishment) is absolutely pointless...and simply, cruel.
Ollie's should be ashamed. They've destroyed a once great company, so my previous 5★ review must...

They were told it must be a different one so they asked for a refund. The cashier Keith called up someone and they told her the deal and she went over and grabbed the sale sign and told them it was the wrong thing. She was so rude that I unfortunately probably won’t be back. I have a hard time in public and she was so rude that it made me uncomfortable. She was an older woman with burgundy hair. And as she was being so rude I looked up (because it took 15 minutes to get her money back) and read Ollie’s rules. It was...
