Like most people shopping for furniture in Fresno, we visited a ton of stores up and down Blackstone before deciding on Fashion Furniture as the company to do business with. Anthony Hernandez was by far the best sales rep we worked with among the dozens of reps across all the furniture stores in town. He listened carefully to our needs and gave us enough room to shop while standing close by to answer all of our questions. He and the entire sales staff made my family feel like the most important people in the store. The furniture selection was arguably the best in town. Price wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive in town but given that we wanted a bedroom set that would last us at least 10 years, we were willing to spend a little more to get the best quality from a company we felt we could trust. The set we chose was not currently in stock so we had to order for future delivery. Being military and months from transferring to my next command, it was important to get our furniture in time for the move. Anthony assured me that the sale could be refunded if they failed to deliver in time and explained each step of the paperwork (which was not filled with tons of legal fine print) in detail. Overall we left the store feeling confident about our purchase and will be sure to leave an update after we receive the furniture to let you know if our expectations were met. Shop around if you must but I know where we’ll be taking our business in the future should the Navy bring me back to the Central Valley! UPDATE Was so satisfied with our experience at FF that we decided to purchase a coffee table from them as well. Went back to Anthony and he was able to add the coffee table to our bedroom set sale for no extra charge on delivery. We received all of our furniture today (7 weeks ahead of schedule on the bedroom set) and the delivery was fast and professional. All of our furniture was set up exactly where we wanted it with no damage to the purchase, our home, and no garbage left on site. 5 stars all the way on our review without a doubt! UPDATE 2.0 Went back a third time to upgrade our dining room set and found a beautiful solid mahogany set on sale. Was helped by Russell this time since Anthony was off for the day and was happy to see that there was more than one outstanding salesperson ready to help us as soon as we came through the door. Delivery needed to be prompt in order to meet the deadline of our move overseas and they arrived to our base housing gate promptly and had everything assembled and in our dining room in minutes! Will continue to furnish our home with Fashion Furniture should we return to the valley!...

We were passing by Fashion Furniture and stopped on a whim to see their latest remodel. We have purchased most of our living & family furniture there because of quality & selection. Roger Lasater met us at the door and asked how he could help. We have a 15 year old love seat and dining room set that are still functional. We decided to look at the leather love seats and ended up purchasing one with Roger's very patient help going through all the color & finacing options available. While going to finalize the paperwork we walked right by an Amish dining room set that was everything we wanted. Again Roger patiently walked us through all the options available. In the end we bought both the love seat & dining room set. We never felt pressured by Roger to buy anything.

The only criticism I have has nothing to do with Roger but with the cumbersome, time consuming & frustrating Fashion Furniture paperwork process you have to go through to complete the purchase. This has been an issue for as long as we have been doing business there. It took over an hour to complete the paperwork and make the payments. With today's technologies available this needs to be addressed. Once you select all the design options, they should be able to scan this info into their system to generate the invoice instead of manually enter it. Also using digital signatures on the invoices would save a lot of time for the customer &...
