they were lowkey rude during the back to school event (it was online). i called them multiple times presenting a problem and one of the employees straight up said that they had to reflect it back onto me i was like um... what. and she kept on saying, it's a problem on your end hun. but it was an issue on THEIR END because it said that i couldn't choose pick up and was like "there's already orders coming through and you're the only one dealing with issues." when it was only 9:11 and the whole event started 11 minutes ago. also i try to contact them through instagram and 99% of the time, they won't respond and leave me on seen. like sis i- what kinda customer service is that.
also the clothes they have aren't even in trend, i'm almost 16 so i can definitely tell you or not. they just purchase name brands like lulu and vans and stuff, but those aren't even in trend obviously people will still buy it. but like a majority of what they sell could be found at the goodwill. the only reason i still shop here is for lulu and potential other finds. their stuff is so 2017. they don't even have clothes that are like y2k, vintage, skater, brandy, basic, and/or streetwear aesthetic. it's basically just clothes with the brand name written on it or their logo.
used to love this place and ALWAYS shop here but i really got a horrible taste of their customer service numerous times now. i would only recommend if you're into name brands.
and if u want to sell, they basically look for high rise skinny jeans, denim, and brand names. also other items depending on the season. but if u do have ANY of the in-trend aesthetic and u want to sell, i don't recommend. i tried to sell some straight leg jeans and they said it wasn't in trend when it is but...
Read moreI wish I could give a zero star review. I am extremely disappointed with where this business has gone. I have driven from Visalia countless times only for staff to tell me that my brand new items are outdated and have wear and tear. I had decided to give them one last try in hopes that my huge plastic tub of clothing would have at least a few items I could sell or at least trade in. I came into the store today at 3:00 pm workers told me there were a few people in front of me (no big deal, I don't mind waiting). I was told it would be about 30 minutes. So I went to Fashion Fair across the street to kill time. I was told I would receive a call once my clothes were done. I waited TWO HOURS for a call and never received one. I decided to go into the store and see how much longer it would be for them to go through it all. My name was not on the white board so I gave them an extra 30 minutes while I browsed through the clothing. In my search for clothing there was (and always is) clothing that is stained, ripped, or severely outdated. After looking for the extra 30 minutes I decided to see what the hold up was. I asked the one worker behind the counter about how much longer it would take for my clothes to be searched through. She tells me that they have been done for a while now, and that they aren't taking any of my (nearly 50 items) due to wear and them being outdated. So not only did I travel a distance to get here, I waited for 2 and a half hours for no one to notify me that my clothes were done AND they took absolutely no items from me. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. I have given multiple shots, and this was definitely the last with the service I...
Read moreNice friendly people. One guy brought in a pair of shoes. He got $18. Nothing special! BUT ... we came from Visalia. 4 tubs full + two bag gulls. We got tired of waiting and left for food. We just sat to eat and they called to say they're done. I watched how long they take with each item. There's no way they looked at all the stuff. We just went down the street. No way. They said not in date. Possibly some but we looked a Long time and we had Much of the SAME as in store. Many short shorts. American rag jeans for example. Barely used sandles and shoes. Like what I saw. I didn't know my new black comfort stretchy pant were in there with the $44 dollar tag!! I think DICKIES) Many people need these for work from taco bell to Red Lobster and high-end like Texas Road house. This shows me they really didn't look. Things were messed up on top so they probably did the top. The Asian (?) Lady spent a really long time looking at her friends items asking about hubby etc... she didn't take all her stuff but she took longer with that one small batch than ours hands down. They did take some items. I don't think they are a good a place. Lost our business forever. I won't go to any of them ever. And by the way the black New pants were in style: not super skinny, not bell bottoms, but straight tampered legs with pockets. As most our items looked pretty much like the...
