I cannot stop thinking about how I went here last week simply because the lights were on and I thought I could use some scrubs and socks. There was no greeting when I came in everyone just mumbled in Spanish at the counter. Once again I mind my buissness so this didn’t bother me until I kept hearing the man yell “turn the lights off” in the middle of his Spanish. I ignored thinking he couldn’t be saying that toward me. As I continued to shop a woman finally said. We’re closed so I replied nicely expecting sass back “ohh my bad I didn’t know you were closing, next time yall should say that instead of threatening to turn off the lights 😂” (on an oblivious costumer holding various items spending her money here) the man walked out but the woman did not reply. When I walked out the man was staring at me speaking Spanish again. So I said ”tengo men-dia “ (learned from work and he replied “es noche “ I said well buenos noches and he gave me the most chilling look .. I got outta there and promised myself never to return. They're racist! Horrible customer service.We were followed the whole time. My mom is a 70 y/o woman with a walker, she would never steal from anyone. The 4 Hispanic ladies who were in there, followed and watched us the entire time and literally only asked us two if we needed our things held up front as if we were going take them w/o paying. When I got to the register to pay, I spoke to one of them to tell them my experience and she brushed it off by saying they were just doing their jobs! She was rude and had a horrible attitude. I didn’t deserve to be treated that way. There were other ppl in there and yet they were only focused on us. I'm never going back. This is sad. We spent almost $200 in that racist store. Do better! Very disappointed in the store. I came from across town and it is a 15 minute drive. I got to the store at 6:40 And the Internet said it closed at 7 PM. As I walked to the entrance the woman working opened the door from inside to throw something in the garbage and she said we are closed. I said I thought you close at 7. She said yes and it’s 7. I said no it’s not seven yet and she continued to close the door on me. That is terrible customer service. I was taking my son and kids take a let down twice as hard as an adult.
