Got two rings resized here.

One is great; its 14k gold and I needed the band made thicker because it was worn pretty thin. This one has held up well so far, but you can see the seam where more metal was added. If I was rating based off of only this ring, I'd give 4/5 stars.

The other is platinum and needed to be sized up one size. When I got it back, the band seemed like it was cut and stretched, which in hindsight doesn't make sense; why would the band need to be cut to be stretched?? Immediately, the band bent from accidentally smacking something with the ring on & the ring was an oval shape that squeezed my finger if it was swollen at all. I tried to bend it back, and the ring broke.

I suspect they took some metal from the ring & would never consider...

This was my first time going to Oscar I’ve done my research before hand to look for someone that has great customer service and trustworthy some shops out there are rude and can’t really trust them when it comes to the jewelry. Let me tell you this Oscar was great super nice talk to me welcomed me and just all our made me feel comfortable. Some places they put a lot of pressure on you by starting you down while you look around but not them. Great customer service plus the customers that were in there while I was there super nice just a great community I see why people love it there. Great prices on there jewelry too. Best believe I will come back and recommend...

This was a fantastic place for jewelry repairs. Brought in my necklace for a broken clasps and they already had multiple options of either a replacement similar to the original clasp or something stronger. I went with the stronger option of a lobster claw clasp and was able to pick it up in a couple hours. Now I'm pretty sure the only reason why they said a 2-3 hours was due to them actually matching the clasp color to my necklace and even have a after service of cleaning my necklace at no charge.
