Satisfied with order, but greatly unsatisfied with customer service! To be honest, one of the worst experiences with a business EVER! I made an order on a Tuesday and was promised delivery on the Friday of. I contacted them afternoon since I had heard nothing from them and was told they were too busy to get to me so I told them it wasn’t a problem and that Saturday morning was ok for me. Saturday morning comes and nothing, not even a call. I end up calling them again and told them I was heading out after 1pm. Instead of apologizing I was told by the owner that they could refund me right away and because of their such “great prices we as customers have to be flexible.” My birthday is coming up and I had already been looking forward to my 30 cantaritos and 1 medium size cántaro so I let them know I could wait. They promised to bring it the next week and still had to text them and call them several times till they finally said they would stop by at 7pm. Seriously felt like I was getting the run around and it was extremely frustrating. I text the owner that it was unacceptable service and never once apologized. In fact, he laughed it off several times. Never again buying from them. I would rather pay more towards a business that cares about their customers and delivers great...

Bad Business!!! They have a store but they don't even open at that time it suppose to. I even call the owner and He told me i am busy delivering. Why? Say you open at that time and not be there. We drove an hour away to shop there. Thankfully, we found another good business down on Fulton St. and with good service. So if you plan to shop here i would suggest you call...

The owners are SOOO kind and knowledgeable. They have a huge variety and are constantly bringing in new things. They also have great deals on all their inventory especially since they’re brought over from Mexico. It feels great to incorporate some of my roots into my home. 10/10...
