Extremely bad experience with one of the stuff member tonight. First time that this happens to me, and I was shocked that didn't even know how to react to such unacceptable behavior without a reasonable excuse. But this person was completely rude and with a horrible attitude. I'm soo disappointed at the "service" I received. Context: I went through the drive-tru and order two birthday cake pops and a couple drinks. When at the window, he gave me the chocolate ones. Not a big deal for me, but my little nephew wanted the "pink" ones, so I respectfully told him that I had order the birthday ones. He rolled his eyes at me, walked away to grab the birthday cake pops, and when he came back, I extended my arm/hand to grab them, but he threw them at me thru my car window that they fell on the car's floor. After that, he went back to his business without saying a word just giving me an attitude, like if nothing had just happened 😲 Like... WHAT'S THAT!! Didn't know what to say honestly, but I asked why he did that, and his answer was: "I gave them to you for free" I was so mad that couldn't even talk, but I tried to tell him that it wasn't reason enough to treat me like that, but he closed the window at me, ignored me and left me there like if I was trash. So this is for that person I hope you or your managers read this and recognize that this is an unacceptable service. This is just NOT right. His behavior was racist and NOT respectful at all. If you are an employee for companies like this ones, Starbucks, that involve customer service, you have to make sure that you're at least an emphatic and respectful person. I hope the person in charge of the employees at this location pay attention to the service the stuff is giving to the customers. Never going back to this location by Clinton and...
Read moreMultiple managers have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I tend to ride a bike often. Normally not a big deal but a couple of times I arrived at store just barely passed time to close the lobby doors but the drive-thru was still open. Well, on 1 particular occasion I ordered my drinks through the app prior to arriving. It took me the better part of 10 minutes just to get anyone's attention long enough to explain to them that the drinks they had sitting right in front of them were mine so they could give them to me. I was being ignored because I was on a bike and since bikes are not allowed in the drive-thru, they chose to blow me off instead of investigate why I was still there after I clearly discovered the lobby doors had been locked. Decent store otherwise but if there isn't a drastic improvement on this issue and others like it, I will get to the point that I just won't make purchases from Starbucks unless it is a special occasion or it is more convenient than...
Read moreIf you're looking for a Starbucks location that knows how to provide excellent customer service, look no further than the Blackstone location. During my recent visit, I ordered a shaken espresso that unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. However, when I brought this up to Tim, the barista on duty, he listened attentively and without hesitation agreed to remake the drink to my satisfaction.
I can't stress enough how much of a difference this made in my experience. Tim's willingness to listen and take action to ensure that I was happy with my order was truly exceptional. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction.
Thanks to Tim's outstanding service, I will definitely be returning to this Starbucks location in the future. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee served with a smile and top-notch customer service, I highly recommend stopping by and...
