Burger King — Restaurant in Fresno

Initial ordering was easy, had to wait for the cashier but that's no biggy, some times they're busy and I get it. I ordered the 2 lg whoper combor with onion rings and a 8pc nugget... My first issue is when the girl handed me the drinks one of them didn't have the lid on right so I got it all over my hand and arm, I asked if she could swap out the lid since it was distorted and she just forced the lid on and handed it back to me like it was my fault and then slammed the window closed. After a few minutes she came back and handed me my order, and I asked her for ketchup and she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. Whatever I didn't take it personally. I put my food on the seat and drove off. Once I get home I get the food out and it's missing my onion rings and chicken nuggets. I don't live near by so I wasn't going to go back today, so I called to let them know I'd be happy to get it another day and they never answered the phone. Food was great. Service was not. The lady who took our order had a snooty attitude. I said hi and she just starred. So I knew she didn't care for customer service at all from that interaction. Our meal was correct. Didn't wait long. Maybe 10 min. I ordered the whopper meal. An order of chicken fries. And 3 rodeo burgers. My son ordered a nugget meal. Came out to 28 bucks. They gave us 1 ranch and 1 bbq. I asked for 1 more of each from an employee who was cleaning the front. That same lady who took our order heard me asking her, walked over and took my bag. Dug her hands in there and said "you got one of each. U have nuggets and the fries. U only get one. That'll be 50 cents" I wouldn't have minded paying if her attitude was right. Down right rude. And I wasn't even talking to her. Her attitude is a business killer for sure. I'll be requesting someone else when coming to this location. I think she was the manager. I didn't want to make a scene. I'm pregnant. Just got off work. And I'm hungry af. She needs to get gone somewhere else if she don't...

This has to be the most unprofessional, getto resturaunt in fresno. I was waiting in drive thru for over 5 mins. Then the window girl TELLS me to wait before clicking off. I wait another 5 mins before she announces herself and takes my order. By this time I have 2 cars behind me. She then tells me that I will have to wait 10 mins for my food. I tell her that I want my food made fresh. She tells me it will be made fresh. Another 13 min and I finally get to the window where I wait another min while the girl ignores me. Then she opens the window and wants me to pay. I wait another 2 mins before I receive my food. I drive 3 min to my house and find that my food is cold. I ordered 2 whoppers and recieved 2 impossible burgers. Fries were cold. No ketchup. I had to microwave my food.
