Waited in line for like 20 min just to get my food which I placed an online order. I’m half way home when I realized they forgot my medium curly fry and mini churros. Also my food was cold. I came back waited another 20 minutes and I asked if they could remake my fan fav box which the mozzarella sticks were cold along with the fries but wanted them to remake those at least. I told the lady she said okay. She gave me a box and my missing items. By the time I got down the street I opened the box. They literally “reheated” the box that I gave them. They put all the items back in the fryer and gave it to me. So the mini tacos were burnt, curly fries were all right, but the mozzarella sticks did not have any cheese in them like at all. So disappointed. I called at least 5 times that night and no answer. I did not want to go around a 3rd time absolutely ridiculous. The workers should be ashamed speaking from someone who used to work in fast food. I had a feeling that they were going to do something like this when I heard girls laughing in the back but of course gave them the benefit of doubt.

We ordered the family special, and what we received—particularly the Jr. Jumbo burger—was completely unacceptable. The burger appeared as though someone had already taken a bite out of it. This is absolutely appalling and raises serious health and safety concerns. I’m shocked that this was even served to a customer. It’s not only unappetizing but also a potential health violation, and I fully intend to report it. This experience was enough to ensure I won't be visiting

Visited this store this evening waited and waited for our order. I was asked to reverse and reset their timer I was happy to do so. We were the only ones in line. When we pulled up there was a car getting their order at the window but they drove away. Still waiting and waiting for our order and noticed we didn’t get 2 tiny tacos like we thought we only received 1. As we walked into the lobby Isaias was at the door and I told him you guys made us wait forever and couldn’t even get our order right. I walked in the I told the gentleman at the fryers and he immediately started making them. Here came Isaias with his smart mouth I bagged your order you’re going to have to pay for them we didn’t charge you I said that’s fine. I paid and waited. He rudely stated we had a long line didn’t you confirm your order on the screen? I said ya but honestly I have two kids hungry in the car I didn’t notice if it said one or 2 cause she changed my order at the window, I asked for mozzarella sticks which were not on the menu but J Khori said no we have them. I asked him to remake my order cause he was just arguing and arguing, He was being so rude I asked for his name. He spelt it out like I couldn’t read I S A I A S. I told him that’s ok you don’t have to spell it out my cousins name is Isaias. He said I want to make sure you get it right cause there’s 2 Isaias, I told him I don’t care I know how to spell. Anthony the TL then comes up front says I’m just going to give you your money back because you don’t care who gets in trouble. I said I told him I don’t care I know how to spell his name. I said you guys made us wait forever and I still backed up to reset your timer I saw you guys celebrate cause I did you the favor. Isaias kept on saying I was in a long line I said no I wasn’t how did I back up!? Check your cameras. Anthony tells me mam you know we just made over $1,000 in an hour. I said there was no one when I got in line that’s all I’m saying. Anthony tells me look at you acting all crazy in front of your kids. I told him don’t worry about my kids you really think I’m just going to let him talk to me like that I said just give me my money. He says then just stop talking. I said you’re talking to me. He refunds me 21.76 on my original receipt which was 17.42. As I grab the receipts he goes wait I need to refund you the tiny tacos. I said well you didn’t even give me the right amount. Isaias tells him ya it was 17.42. I showed Anthony the receipt I said where do you see 21.76? I told him for a team leader you sure don’t pay attention. I grabbed my receipts cause I really wasn’t up to continuing their never ending disrespect. I told him keep the taco money I don’t care. Someone yelled out we still kept your tacos. again still being so disrespectful. As I walked out I showed 2 guests my receipt and I told them and he says I’m the crazy one. Anthony says now you’re bothering our guests. I told him you just called me crazy?!?! You’re the one that doesn’t know how to do his job and we walked out. First thing my 7 yr said was “Mom he was so rude” I said I know they wouldn’t stop huh. I really hope Anthony isn’t being considered for management. Anyone in leadership should lead be example. All he did was encourage Isaias to continue to be rude to me in front of my kids. J Khori stayed quiet the whole time. The gentleman on the fryers with dreadloks I did not catch his name thank you for trying to help us. Paying for the tacos was not an issue. The way they made us wait, then reset their timer. To just be treated so rudely after is crazy. They should not be in the position to speak to any customer. The new manager has very awful awful customer service and attitude. An older man with a walker went in there and he was soft spoken and he was trying to order and she kept shouting at him to hurry up she doesn't have time that she has a line of customers which wasn't true it was me and my mom when my mom said she didn't have to be rude to him she then said shut up you don't know what you are talking about he's been holding up my line for thirty minutes which wasn't true I was in there ten minutes before to place an order then returned because two of my items I was charged for weren't there. My mom then said don't treat that man that way that's somebody's grandpa would you like it if someone did that to you or your grandfather and all she did was roll her eyes then told the guy tell me what u want and he finally was able to then she slammed her hand in the countertop twice and said give me money give me money why are you so slow. Again my mom said something and she said well it looks like he doesn't have any money and in in a hurry there were no other customers in the drive thru or inside. Then she pushed the money to the man and told him go away she'll take his food and my mom had to say here sir here's ur change and when ur order is ready this kind lady will bring it to you. Then my mom asked for a corporate number because she saw the lady was a manager then they lady wanted to be nice and gave a long story saying how hard it was to work with a crew of 35 my mom told her that's no excuse she works retail too and people of all walks of life come through that door she said she knows but she's not dealing with it. She then refused to give us our receipt so we can call or answer the survey. All in all the manager is a very very angry argumentative person and I see why the once busy place is no longer so busy. " TREATED LIKE A UNWELCOMED COSTOMER"!!!! My boyfriend treated me to lunch today and it was a terrible experience. We actually were supposed to get take out but decided to dine in. We had to ask for the table to be cleaned and an worker (Juan) wiped the crumbs my way onto the floor! 😐 An comoster told Juan that there was water on the floor and she didnt want anyone to slip thats why she told him. He was rude to her. A lady with a walker.😑 Once we were able to take our food out to eat there one of the 3 piece chicken was broken/???.... My boyfriend who has an disability walked the food back to the server (Juan) told him thats how they make them. They break them and give them to costumers and sent him away without replacing the item. I then explained to (Juan) that it may have been broken or eating I don't feel comfortable with eating it he open the door that separate the dinning area and kitchen (yells) to the workers inside and tell them to "replace one chicken because they think we ate on it!". As disappointed I was I told him that he didn't have to do that in front of customers and he was not being truthful! Because of this I cleaned our area disposed of my food and left.
