I can’t say enough GREAT words about my FIRST experience at Endodontic Associates of Plano! From the time I walked in, to the time I left …I felt like I was an established patient! Tania greeted me with the most pleasant smile and personality and made me feel totally at ease. (I get veryyyy nervous with any kind of dental work) However, this was NOT the case, here! There was no wait and they were ready for me. Mable and Roxanna were amazing and carefully took rays of my injured front teeth and explained everything in such a pleasant way. They were so friendly and took time to make sure I was at ease and comfortable and made sure my pictures were clear and good quality for my specialist to see. I appreciate this very much because my accident left my front teeth in pretty bad shape. I admired the art on the walls. They explained that Dr. Alex Fleury, my specialist had created all it. His artwork is so creative and beautiful and belongs in a gallery! When I met Dr. Fleury, he was/is the kindest, most humble man, regarding his amazing artwork! He carefully examined my X-rays as well as my teeth and with his knowledgeable, upbeat voice, presented “the news”. For some reason, with this staff, I was not afraid to hear the words “root canal” and I was overjoyed that my main tooth I was concerned about could be saved. Being there was like being at a pep rally! There’s no other way I can describe my first experience. My dentist recommended them and I can understand why! I am a retired teacher/coach and I admire professionals that have the same motto as I have:”leave people better than you found them!” Well, that’s exactly what these individuals did for me. I go in for my procedure in a few days and I look forward to seeing these wonderful, highly skilled, upbeat professionals. Sounds strange, huh? But they took a bad situation and totally turned it around for me by their positivity and amazing atmosphere of love for how they treat their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Alex Fleury and his amazing...
Read moreI had to take a minute, and leave a review for Endodontic Associates of Plano. The first word that comes to mind is wow! It seems in today’s culture customer service is an afterthought. I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service provided by all the staff I met at Endodontic Associates of Plano. They say the first impression is a lasting impression, they know how to leave a great impression. Beginning with Tania in the front office, I originally had another date scheduled for treatment but needed to reschedule due to a funeral. I remember she giving me, a total stranger, her condolences. That meant a lot. Then the day of my treatment she continued the good impression, the good service, by helping me with implicit directions to their location. Thank you, Tania.
Then Mable (assistant or hygienist, I’m not sure of her title) added to the great impression; I remember thinking this is what is meant when a medical professional is given the compliment of having a great bedside manner. Mable is impressive! Very patient, soothing, and professional explaining everything she was doing or going to do. Thank you, Mable.
The icing on the cake was Dr Alex Fleury, making feel very much at ease, and very relaxing while treating me. But the most pleasant surprise was when he explained I didn’t need a second root canal and explained how I should treat the bothersome tooth at home. As I drove off, I said aloud most dentists would have done the second treatment just for financial gain. And thank you too Dr Fleury.
To anyone reading this, I highly recommend you use Endodontic Associates of Plano if you have an option, you...
Read moreFirst time visiting this office as my dentist referred me there to get a root canal. I was so lucky I got in right away! I was so lucky to have Nancy at the front desk as she already had my information from my referring dentist and she was working up my estimate when I got there, she was so efficient and friendly, she made me relax as I was a bit nervous. Once she explained my benefits which were very reasonable in cost I was taken back by the Dental Assistant Dajah- OMG she was so friendly and honestly she was respectful of me and I really appreciated that- so professional and explained that was going to happen before she did it and what to expect next. Honestly I knew I was going to need a root canal but was hoping that was going to be the extent of the treatment. She prepared me to the Dr- Dr. Hale- well he really made me feel like I was in good hands- I was able to relax and he did his exam and sure enough I was going to need that Root Canal. So he asked me all the pertinent questions and we got down to business of the Root Canal- he made sure I was numbed up- gotta have that and then each step of the way he explained what to expect- and he was right on- the procedure was really painless and the office was very relaxing. When they finished it was still numb and they told me what to expect honestly it was great- I know you are thinking a Root Canal Great- well it went smooth and if you are needing any kind of endodontic treatment this is the place to go. They do not over charge you and honestly they...
