ICQC is a second home to me for many reasons. I have been coming here for the past 4 years, and the community here makes you feel like family Alhamdulilah. They have many programs for the youth, and it is conveniently located off of 121 hence the name quad cities with them serving the McKinney, Plano, Allen, and Frisco area.
