To say my experience was amazing would be an understatement, my experience was phenomenal! Sigma Dental Specialist of Frisco has been blessed with the most amazingly friendly and welcoming staff I have ever met. Jade, the front desk professional, is the first face you see when you enter the office and she sets the tone for what your experience is going to be. She is warm, kind, friendly, and extremely nice. She explains what you are to expect and makes you feel very welcome. Every dental assistant that I met initially and during my actual appointment were very gentle, caring, and made me feel extremely comfortable. They help me understand what to expect and talked me through the process every step of the way, they even offered me lip moisturizer during my service so that my lips wouldn't get dry... outstanding!!! Dr. Daghighi was the icing on the cake. He was very gentle, informative, patient, and took his time with procedure making sure I was okay every step of the way. He was so calm that it caused my dental anxiety to disappear completely. He made me feel so comfortable during the process that I could have fallen asleep (during a root canal repair procedure). When my procedure was over he made sure I understood what to expect and gave me permission to contact him directly if I felt any extreme discomfort....PHENOMENAL!!! I had an appointment and a root canal. It was very expensive and they wouldn’t accept the x-rays that I’d just had done. I was in a lot of pain and I was at their mercy so I had to pay for extra x-rays. They don’t care about the patient. The girl kept trying to cram the instrument into my mouth that was too fat to get an x-ray but I am not able to open my mouth that wide. It was VERY painful but she kept shoving it at me and hitting my teeth with it. It felt like it was made of metal that she kept whacking on my front teeth with. I told her that I can’t open my mouth that wide because of my left side TMJ. She actually told me “You’re ok” and then hit my teeth several more times. She seemed to be not very intelligent. I couldn’t imagine hitting anyone in their front teeth so many times trying to get me to open wider. I COULD NOT OPEN WIDER. She really hurt me. Then after my root canal they told me I’d only need Tylenol and Advil. So I tried that. They were wrong. It was very VERY painful. I called them to tell them I couldn’t stand the pain so they sent me an Rx for steroids and antibiotics. I am still in pain but they don’t care. I ended up using some old left over medication that I had because I really needed relief from the pain. Just because they say you don’t have pain doesn’t mean that you don’t have it. Everyone in the place seemed very cold and unfeeling. They seemed like people who tell you that they are nice and expect you to believe it because they told you so. They, including the doctor, do NOT care if you are hurting. They just want to make money off people who are really in need of pain relief. If you’re in such pain then you are truly at their mercy. Hello All:

I know we are all afraid of the dentist especially when we are already in pain. I woke up with pain in my tooth that would not stop.

Saw my regular dentist and he said I need to have my root canal redone. So he referred to me to a Endo in Dallas. She couldn't get me in for 2 days. i was up all night in level 15 pain crying for 28 hours.

Going thru the websites for Endodentist and they didn't have openings until I got to Sigma Dental Specialist. I asked her if she could please get me in today, she said sure we can squeeze you in I told her how much pain I was in. i went at 10:30am.

Dr. Kian Daghigni saved my tooth and my life. I couldn't stand it much longer.

Finally a professional dentist because a root canal with infection can't wait and no one else would work me in. I called 5 Endo dentists in Frisco.

So i went in and saw Dr. Kian Daghigni he was fabulous and worked with me very well. I didn't feel any shots at ALL! and i hate needles.

And the procedure took like 30 min no pain at all. He took the infection out redid the root canal and restored my tooth back to health. He really knows his stuff.

They do implants too as well as root canals and peridontal. His staff and nurse Brittney are just awesome too. I can't say enough about the whole experience.

I thanked him and God for making a way for me to get into him. If you need a root canal or implant or gum work that is the place to go and that is the Dr to see.

He also gave me his cell phone number in case I was in bad pain tonight. What doctor does that today. He is a class act! And really cares about his patients.
