Update 2024: Since my last visit almost a year ago, not much has changed. Except today it was just poor Mike running the show singlehandedly. Maybe he had another worker that was just at lunch or something. He did a great job though. He had a gauntlet of customers before me (parents with their children) and a phone call and as usual they all needed their hands held as Mike helped them figure out what they needed and where to find it. Good job, Mike.
I hate seeing retail workers trying to run a whole store alone. What if Mike had a sudden diarrhea attack? There's nobody to cover him. I get that video game resale is in a tough spot these days, but that doesn't somehow revoke Mike's humanity. A failing business model doesn't grant him immunity to sudden diarrhea attacks. Just saying.

Read moreI had ordered a Nintendo GameCube adapter online on May 7 hoping it would be a 1st Party Adapter (as this listing was the Nintendo-branded Wii U one). On May 11, I ended up getting a 3rd Party knockoff adapter rather than the one that was listed. Even worse, I went to this store to return it, and they did not give me a full refund that included shipping, which is just great, as I lost $5, despite the inconvenience that GAMESTOP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR. Just another example of the GameStop scamming scheme right in front of my eyes. I would definitely steer clear of buying ANY GameStop product online, as it's a gamble for what you'd be getting, thanks to GameStop's poor, anti-consumer business practices. I feel sincerely bad for those who bought this but did not know or care to notice that they had been SCAMMED through and through. Utter shame for a corporation of this size to fail their customers time...

So I head over at 11:00 pm to be on safe side but when I get there no one was outside so I waited outside and saw employees leaving the store I asked them if they were still doing the realease the employee replied with we did it from 8-11 pm I replied why did an employee tell me at 12 and he says ohh it was miscommunication and said we open at 10am You could comeback and it ended there.
