I was in need of flowers for my anniversary. It was Friday about 5:30 pm when I called two other flower shops that didn't close until 6 pm but they didn't answer their phones. So I called Luxe Stems Floral Design in Frisco and owner answered even though she said she was walking out door. I explained my situation and that I was need of flowers for my anniversary. I explained that I was about 20 minutes away and after giving it some thought she said she'd wait for me to arrive. I ended up getting the most beautiful floral arrangement and the florist added more roses to enhance the look. I'm forever grateful and thankful that she waited. I'm hopeful I'm able to correct a mistake I made posting my review of this awesome business. My written review was 5 Star, however when pressing the stars I must have missed the last two. We hope our correction truley reflects the high standards Luxe Stems strives for. We live in Sacramento ,Ca and contacted Luxe Stem directly in Frisco, Texas based on word of mouth. My wife and I were so pleased with the Luxe Stems Floral Design their designer chose. Our son and his wife live in Frisco, Texas and we wanted to send them a beautiful flower arrangement in Celebration of their first born little girl. I HOPEFUL this explanation will correct my mistake and make it easier for you to decide who to use the next time you are shopping for that special flower arrangement.

This place is the best! I picked up a bouquet from another florist for my daughters homecoming and all the greenery was wilted and looked terrible. They would not fix it and would not sell me new greenery to fix myself. I called so many places to try and get greenery and nobody would help until I called Luxe. She told me to common in and she would give me some. They were the nicest people ever! She pulled out all the greenery they had and let me take what I needed. She also helped explain how to fix it without ruining the bouquet. To top it off she gave me extra ribbon just in case. They could not have been nicer and everything people were picking up looked amazing! From now on this will be the only place I use for my floral needs. They saved the day! Thank you Luxe you are...
