Bekfast 8/20. Server was unprofessional. When we arrived, I went to the food bar while husband waited at the table. As soon as I got back, he went up. Server placed a Soda on the table and kept going. I assumed he ordered it since I was going to drink juice. only to find the juice machine was broken. The manager was working on it. I decide to take a sip of his soda and realized it was a flavor that I don't like. When he returned he commented "I see you ordered a soda since the juice machine is broken". I told him that I thought it was his due to the flavor. He said no, I heard the lady behind us order that. Oh, Server put it on the wrong table. Oops. I didn't know. Sever was not seen for a while. Long enough for us to finish the plates we had. Since the juice machine was still down and we have a meal with no drink, he drank the soda. After all, it is garbage to anyone else after sitting on our table for more than 10 minutes right? Apparently, wrong. We hear the lady behind us ask server again for the drink. This being the first time that we have seen her since, we inform her of the mistake. Instead of taking self accountability, Server very loudly says "AND YOU. DRANK IT?!". Well, yes. There is no other drink option for us at this time and I thought my husband ordered it. Had I known the juice machine was down, I would have ordered another drink at the register. She then continues with her "outside" voice to tell the lady behind us that we drank her soda and she will have to bring another one. It was her full intention, after that amount of time, to take the soda from our table and give it to the people behind us. Unsanitary! We left enough money on the table to pay for the soda. Hopefully server did the right thing and paid for it rather than keeping it. It was her mistake, not ours. Sadly, I didn't catch her name but I did catch her telling another sever and pointing to us not to refill. (we did not ask for or receive a refill). Read moreI used to frequently enjoy bringing my family into here for a nice meal. The lemon butter white fish was my favorite. And the broccoli and cheese soup was popular with the whole family. I have also come here for lunch on a regular basis because of those two items on the menu. The wait staff and even the girl at the register was a delight and we got know them well. With all that said, I quit going there with my family and only went every now and then for lunch. I was told by one waitress that if I call ahead they would heat up the lemon butter sauce for me to keep me coming back. Today I went in and when I asked them to heat up the sauce I was told they no longer carry it. They asked if I want to speak with the manager. I said yes. The manager came to my table and told me that they discontinued the sauce and that it was only a temporary promotional item and would be back. I told her not to lie to me ans she did anyway. It's a shame some people can't be honest with their customers. You see I have return on a few occasions to get lunch and they have accommodated me by heating up the sauce for me. I feel very disrespected that a manager would be willing to lie to a regular that has brought in a lot of business and knows many of the staff by name. I spoke with the waitress who had originally asked me to call ahead and to not stop coming that she would make sure I would be accommodated with my favorite fish with the lemon butter sauce. For a manager to do that, is to drive away business. As a result, I give this location only a single star and that is gor the wait staffnand the girl on the register. I would not recommend this place. I have also heard they have recieved many complaints on the inconsistent menu changes. I guess they make too much money to need regular customers. So in conclusion if you want a pleasant experience with the wait staff and poor quality of food choices and consistency in menu choices then this is your place otherwise find a better...
Read moreI had a flat tire yesterday so me and my 3 children went inside and spent $50 on dinner yesterday . what did that include ? very nasty service from your front of house staff . a bunch of bitter women up front made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable more than once . my son accidentally dropped his corn muffin on the floor while making his own plate , so i decided maybe he’s not old enough to hold his own plate yet . just then, an overworked 35 year old looking brunette with tattoos came out of nowhere and snapped in a very rude way that maybe she could help hold his plate for him .I told her we can manage and got me and my son away from her. then , another lady screamed across the dining room for my son to “stop running” as if he was holding food and there was a bunch of people around . he was literally just running back to our table in a pretty empty section and excited to eat his food . I was about to tell him not to run anyways , but she screamed it before I had a chance and made everyone look at us in the restaurant as if as if my son was causing a huge issue and wasn’t being corrected .scowls and faces were given to me . the only people who were nice there was our waitress , did not get her name but she was excellent . had an accent I believe and dark hair . she smiled at us and kept our drinks full . so it seems atleast some of your staff is trained correctly. also was a little let down that there was no pizza yesterday on a saturday night . but the rest of our favorites were there so it was fine . please keep your staff who don’t like people away from the front of house ! that’s way to much money I spent to be...
