While shopping here I needed to use the bathroom. I walk short distances with my walker and am 100 percent disabled. I asked an employee with red hair of O could use the bathroom. She said they don't allow that, but I could go to Publix and use theirs. I am unable to walk that distance. I ended up having an accident of the second kind in the store. I had to leave abruptly. This woman has no understanding or compassion for elderly disabled persons. Quite frankly hallmark should be just as embarrassed by her attitude toward their customers as I am for having this accident. I have called their corporate offices and filed a complaint. I was not able to go into the store? A elderly woman running the store said that I was not allowed in because the store was closing in 20 minutes. I new exactly what I wanted and wanted to take 2 minute to run in purchase the item and run out. That was unfortunately unacceptable due to the hallmark standard I assume?
