The first thing I have to say is this is an extremely clean and well-maintained store with a huge selection to choose from. They have everything from women's clothing, to men's collar extenders, to an entire tech section featuring some of the latest tech devices and games. They also have plenty of Star Wars items from figurines, to light sabers, to stuffed Yodas, they even have Star Wars clothing and Bluetooth speakers! There's also bedding, jewelry, bathroom stuff, and even a fairy big Hallmark card section. Like I said, this place has a vast selection of items to choose from. The prices aren't Walmart prices, so don't go in there expecting that. The quality of the items at Khols is way better than what you'd find at a store like Walmart. So you get what you pay for. The store seemed pretty organized to me, and it's super clean, like one of the cleanest stores I've been in, which was surprising. Also, regarding the reviewer who claimed she was racially profiled and that they are racists against "African Americans", I don't know what she was talking about because everyone who was in this store seemed to be treated like everyone else to me. In fact, I saw a few different races in the store as I was shopping and they were all happy and being treated with respect. I think someone had their panties in a wad about something and decided to play the "race card". Shame on you! Don't listen to those people. I’ve never had a horrible experience at kohls. It’s always been subpar but wow this takes the cake. Not only were girls laughing about stinking up the woman’s changing room which they were and was out right embarrassing being there with my child. Then they were making jokes about running people out. Yes, it stunk. Bring back the juniors changing room. The fact adults were egging it on shows why the girls were acting so bad. Then let’s talk about how horrible checkout with an associate. Told me there was no coupons or deals- LIE. There were literally signs about free kohls cash and coupons everywhere!!!! Never asked me about my kohls charge. I asked. Then he wouldn’t let me use my kohls charge. And when I say that there were weird issues but he didn’t try he immediately jumped to me using something else. What’s the point in having it??? He didn’t want to take the extra time.
