If you like being followed around like a criminal this is the place for you. I think they believe they are giving great customer service but it's creepy! A guy just watched me pick out screws, lingering there, hovering, observing. The signs posted everywhere offering free police car rides for shoplifters makes me think he was worried I might pocket a $.10 screw. 3 people asked me if I needed help finding anything. Learn this phrase..."Good morning! If you need anything just let one of us know, we're happy to help!" I don't like browsing there. I get what I need (because I was willing to pay an exorbitant price because I didn't have time to drive to Home Depot or Lowes)...

Started, didn't run right, quit altogether in less than 15 minutes. Took it back with the same instructions. $35 later, got it back after making very similar "repairs." Got it home and it does not run at all. Read moreI had an outdoor faucet go bad. I brought the old one in to compare for sizing. I found the replacement with the help of a customer service guy. I was then walking around and a man asked if I had found everything thing ok. I told him I was just seeing if I could find anything else. Showed him the new $35 faucet!! He said let me see the old one, he took it back to the repair shop. 15 minutes later he fixed the old one for 45 CENTS !!! Restocked the new one and I was on my was. Come to find out he was the Floor Manager....
