I don't know what has happened to this walgreens. It has gone way downhill from what it was 8 months ago. Pharmacy today had 4 employees back there today and one car in drive thru. I waited in line and not one of them even acknowledged me. I finally said the he'll with this and left and the line now had 3 more people. Alot of new employees who don't know wth they are doing nor do they care if they aren't even pleasant. Time to change stores. Too bad too. I will only go here if Kathy is at the register. She's the most friendliest in this store of adolescents. Jason is nice too.
1/8/22 - I just lowered my two star to one. I can't believe the employees at this store today! I guess they don't get along or help each other. The kid at the register who's name begins with an A, did nothing but sigh heavily and roll his eyes because I guess it was two minutes past 2:00 and he wanted to go. No employee came to relieve him. The beauty consultant who was sitting at her 'podium' got up and just walked away. Another employee came in the store and looked about as thrilled as someone about to have their head cut off. OMG, the morale at this store today was felt! There unfortunately needs to be a manager there on the weekends as a babysitter is needed. The people working here today are definitely NOT PEOPLE PERSONS.
10/22 - Nothing has changed. Miserable group of people except for two women in the pharmacy and one on the floor, Kathy. And if any of them are as miserable as the other employees and assist. mgr(s), they don't show it. Why do I go there? Cuz it's really...
Read moreNot sure what happened to this Walgreens, but it has MAJORLY gone downhill in the past year. From filling the WRONG prescription for me TWO TIMES and refusing to take any responsibility for this to having the slowest service on planet earth, I would recommend that you fill your prescriptions literally anywhere else. Personally, I would head across the street to City Market—you will receive fast, friendly, and courteous service there. Here, you will sit in the drive through (or stand in line in the store) for seemingly unlimited amounts of time before anyone so much as acknowledges you. I am actually currently waiting in line behind 5 other vehicles—after 15 minutes here, we have not moved forward. I may not have an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of pharmacies, but I am pretty sure it only takes but a few seconds to ask someone the name on the prescription and go grab it out of the alphabetized bins. Change your pharmacy,...
Read moreI went to my pain med doc in fruit. Took the script to the pharmacy. Was told I could pick it up in 20 minutes. Came back an was told a lie that they had to call the doctor cause they couldn't understand it ( straight up lie ). What they did is called the doc an got my amount an mg lowered. Than when it came time to fill it they called the doc again an had the prescription cancelled all together. Do not trust their pharmacist and staff ! If you can go to CityMarket, or I went to Rite Aid. They filled my prescription right away. An was told they get lots of complaints about the pharmacy staff at Walgreens in Fruita. I can understand why !!!! I feel they should be responsible for the payment of my pain doctor appointment. The appointment was a wait of time. Anyway, this is just one person's opinion. Just be careful with...
