Bestslope Coffee Company — Restaurant in Fruita

Recently visited Bestslope and Fruita as my first post-vaccine/pandemic bike-trip adventure, and was again overwhelmed by the goodness, kindness, and deliciousness they provide! It was a soul-filling experience, and the daily visits left me with even more than an amazing cortado, cold brew, breakfast burrito, or baked scone or cookie. All of which were consistently AMAZING!

Bestslope roasts their own beans on-site with love, craft and care, and drinks were spot-on delicious. They treat every guest with kindness and respect whether your order is a classic espresso or cortado, a fantastic cup of drip coffee, a thoughtful pour over, or a more adventurous seasonal speciality drink. There is amazing coffee with zero coffee snobbery...the best possible combination.

Most remarkable was how each and every member of the Bestslope team greats you with genuine, positive energy that was even more uplifting and energizing than the copious amounts of caffeine I consumed over a week of visits!

5 Stars – Worth the Detour, Every Time

I was driving from Denver to St. George and found myself needing a quick snack and caffeine fix around the halfway point. I pulled off in Fruita and stumbled into Bestslope Coffee Company—and wow, what an absolute gem! This place isn’t just a pit stop—it’s a destination.

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly cool. You can tell immediately that it’s a spot loved by locals and travelers alike. The coffee? Incredible. Smooth, rich, perfectly brewed—and the kind of quality you usually have to search hard for. I grabbed a breakfast burrito that totally hit the spot—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

The customer service was what really sealed the deal. Everyone behind the counter was friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of.

Amazing, high-quality coffee with excellent customer service.

I walked to this coffee shop from my Airbnb less than 5 minutes away and was truly satisfied with my visit. I was pleased to find that they had a vegan Breakfast Cookie from their selection of baked goods. It was an amazing fresh-baked, flavorful oatmeal cookie with a bunch of great ingredients. Highly recommend.

They have a wide selection of different types of actual coffee beans with various undertones that you can choose from when selecting what you want to drink. You can also buy the coffee beans by the bag to take home a brew yourself. I chose to have them make a normal pour over using an Ethiopian coffee they had on the shelf.
